How do I set up OpenSky automatic payments?
Cardholders can set up OpenSky® Secured Visa® Credit Card automatic payments through their online account or the Capital Bank mobile app. Calling customer service at 1 (800) 859-6412 also is an option. Once you're enrolled, Capital Bank will withdraw the payment amount from your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
How to Set Up OpenSky Automatic Payments:
- Log in to your online account via the Capital Bank website or mobile app.
- Find the “Payments” on the account home page and then select “Monthly payments.”
- Enter your bank account routing number and account number. This is the account from which Capital Bank will deduct your payment each month.
- Select your payment amount. Choose from the minimum amount due, the current balance, the statement balance, or a customized amount that is more than the minimum payment.
You should always make sure your bank account has enough funds for the payment a few days before the due date, to be safe. And once you're in enrolled in automatic payments, don't forget to review your recent transactions regularly.
