BEWARE. I’m pending a credit card dispute for a car rental company that basically scammed me and I ended up not being able to use their service. So I contacted orbitz to dispute the amount and they didn’t even provide me a provisional credit while they’re investigating like more cards do. They have been investigating for over 90 days (the amount of days they said it would take) and I have yet to hear from them. This charge is also building interest and fees because they won’t give me a provisional credit.

I recieved information about this card based on my booking through the Orbitz website. Since I trust Orbitz and seem to get good deals I opened the card for the extra rewards. When I book through Orbitz I always use the card and enjoy the benefits of it. Also the rewards are mainly geared towards travel, I don't' use this card other places however because I find the rewards are only worth while when you are using Orbitz. Also the rewards are geared to travel too so if you are not looking for travel deals and rewards don't waste your time. If you book online alot and like Orbitz this card is worth your time.

I picked this card up not long ago and I’m really happy that I did’ it’s just a good card to have for anyone who gets around as much as I do. I have to travel for work but that’s not all, I also spend most of my free time anywhere but my hometown. I just like to see new places. With a capital one orbitz card I get 3 points per buck when I book that I use to get “good as cash” back deals. It’s a huge money saver for me and my family. There are also a bunch of bonus points out there to pick up when you use orbitz and there isn’t a limit or expiration date on the points. Its just an all around good card to have in your pocket.

I've been using this since 2008 and have been satisfied with it. I travel a lot and rent many cars, so I have earned a lot with the Orbitz card and getting 3 points per dollar I put on this card. I earn a point for each dollar on other things I put on the card, and the best part is I can earn as much as I want, and the points don't expire. I have used many of my points for booking vacations and other travel. I also save up all year until Christmas, and then us it to purchase gifts or gift cards in order to maximize what I can get. I also really like Capital One's web site for tracking and viewing my spending history. This is probably the main reason I still use my Capital One Orbitz, and use it for the majority of my monthly spending.

Being that traveling is a passion of mine, it only made since when I applied for and got my Orbitz Visa card! A vast majority of my travel planning is booked through Orbitz and once I received their Visa card, I started benefiting right away! I now make sure that I book all my travel plans through Orbitz using their Visa, and its well worth it. I'm saving so much compared to the past, and the savings are really adding up! Over the last couple of years, Ive been able to earn enough points to be able to save a considerable amount of money on my travel planning! The interest rate is acceptable, could be a bit better, but for my situation, the rate is worth it, as the benefits outweigh the slightly high interest rates.

This card is pretty cut and dry, You get points as rewards, decent interest rates, no annual fee and backed by VISA. Obviously because it's an Orbitz card you get the maximum discounts and deals when you book with orbitz. Otherwise you could probably get better rewards elsewhere, but being an Orbitz user anyways it seems to work out well for my family and I. We generally use Orbitz every time we travel. The interest rate is equivalnt to most other reward cards, and you don't get surprised on statement day with a bunch of weird fees and rates like some other cards like to do. The VISA orbitz card is a great card if looking to get rewards when booking with Orbitz.

This is a very convenient card for our family. We like to travel a lot and found the rewards work perfectly for our travel plans and needs. The real trick to maximizing your rewards with this card is to try and use Orbitz as often as possible to book your travel plans. This was rather easy for us to do, as we had always used Orbitz in the past already. Customer service is ok, I have worked with better customer service with some of my other cards, but overall if you are a frequent traveler as we are, the travel rewards outweigh any lack of really good customer service by far. I recommend this card to serious travelers as a way to earn substantial travel rewards.

If you travel this is a must have card. The rewards are great to be redeemed for travel. It is also important that you use Orbitz as much as possible as this will help you maximize your rewards you are earning. Beyond the travel rewards this is a fairly ordinary card. The interest rate is competitive and there are no hidden fees. Capital One is normally pretty good at resolving any disputes or issues you have on the card. Recommend the card for travelers but if you don't travel much or use Orbitz you can find much better rewards to use.

This is a great card for travelers. I've had this card for several years now. Overall, there is nothing to complain about. Capital One is a very reliable company. The customer service has always been acceptable, the charges correct, and after the one time I've lost a card, I've been issued a new one very quickly.
Even more importantly, if you travel abroad, Capital One has NO international transaction fees. For most other credit cards, the issuing bank will have a 1-2% fee, PLUS Visa itself charges a 1-2% fee too. Capital One does not charge any fee AND they eat the Visa fee for you. This quickly adds up to a lot of saved money if you travel abroad.
Lastly. being able to get rewards on Orbitz is great.
