I rate this a minus -5, I have a direct deposit account with an AceDELETE card! It has gone none-valid with a expiration date shown to be active for another year. My social security funds are in their account not mine! I have tried to contact them via my account AceElete and Netspend with only one phone number listed. They asked for my card# and or social security# to which they say are not valid, then give no option but to hang up. I drove to their local reload center where I opened this account, it is an empty building...So far not so good, I will try the third hand in the pot MetaBank, then I go to the authorities. STAY CLEAR! p.s. i had to give a rating to submit this

Horrible service! Absolutely horrible! I will never ever use this company again. Run far away as fast you can! Carrying cash is better than using Ace! Take your business elsewhere.

The worst service ever! Netspend tells you all fees are waived of you enroll in the $5.00/mo. plan with Payroll Direct Deposit - which turns out to be a blatant LIE!! I have had way too many instances over the past 3 months where they continue to prove themselves to be underhanded and basic thieves!

I agree that if I could rate this a double 0, i would. This company is that bad that I had to write a review. This card is nothing but fees....You cant even tlk to an automated person for free, so dont even think a live person doesn't cost. Make sure you read up on anything you are putting your money into because this is a straight ripoff and Ace themselves are extremely ridiculous with their fees....Straight robbers!

If I could i would give this entire idea a 0 rating but since that is impossible I'll start with one positive thing.... The card is pretty. Aside from that, this entire thing i s a disaster.
I was never told I would be charged 2$ every single transaction to use MY MONEY! I was charged 20$ by the time I realized! Not only that, but why must they feel the need to block my account when receiving my direct deposit! And i called customer service, like they say to do, it's 8:30am not to mention, and it says "Were closed until 8 am." I HATE THIS ENTIRE CARD, THIS COMPANY, AND I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! DON'T DO IT!

Beware ! If you have any other options, take it. Ace Elite is a good service as long as you need nothing from them. ie customer service, assist with a problem etc. All they employ are foreigners who speak very little English and can never get anything right. Ace Elite's complete non-caring attitude will only hurt you if you run into a problem. Once again.....BEWARE !

Called customer service and I have to say I’m blown away how rude this young lady on the phone was to me, I forgot to write down here name. My whole person was to ask why my payment I sent to my credit card was returned back to aelite card… that’s it. My issue was not resolved and my question is where is my money that was sent back to this bank..I made a payment of 40.00 and a payment of 104.00 both of them where sent back to aelite card from me trying to make a payment to my credit card.. I guess magically it disappeared. Don’t ever use this bank to pay bills and also be prepared for the rudest customer service in your life…October 17, 2014

Three years ago I signed up for the ACE Elite card and have not regretted my choice. The main purpose was to receive deposits into my account two days ahead of time which is much better than traditional banks. This is the greatest asset to having this card. Additionally, I like the Savings Account feature that is attached to the account. It affords a person the ability to potentially save money for the future, so basically you're getting a two for one by signing up for the account.

I have had an ace elite card for a while now, and there are more positives, then negatives with it, however I'm still not quite 100% satisfied(Although I also won't be until they create a credit card that you can actually spend all your money on without fees). The Elite card, allows me to get my paychecks through direct deposit 2 days earlier then the normal pay date, and going into any ace store, will allow you to take the money off your card without any fees assessed. However, if you choose to use your card, instead of taking your cash off, it will charge you $1 per transaction through credit, and $2 for any debit transaction, or paying at the gas pump itself. They do have a program you can enroll in for $5 a month to get free transactions, but I would just rather have my money. The card itself, is the closest I can get to a perfect credit card, and it still helps you build your credit. I like my card, m just wish for once I could spend my own money without fees.

I really hope no one was listening when reading Amanda Thompsons post. Prepaid cards do NOT report to credit using one will NEVER increase your credit score. It is NOT a CREDIT card. it is a PREPAID card. I repeat these do NOT report to credit. False advertising by this person clearly someone paid to post this to reel in the ignorant unaware folks.

I actually like Ace. I have anytime alerts, I always get my money 4 or 5 days early(with direct deposit), I have overdraft protection everything a bank offers without banking hassles.
