I paid my bill in full October of 2022 and locked the card. I checked the website in November and December and had a zero balance. Today I found out they claim I owe them $62 for interest and late charges. I LIT THEM UP! They have ALWAYS waited to post any payments on the due date and never before. I paid the bill sometimes a week or so before the due date. This company is nothing but a rip off. They can suck eggs....my credit score is 820. Not a problem for me at all.....

Great card to have. Very convenient for most household items and small home projects around home. Would recommend it's regular use.

I have fraud charges that have not been removed. Received a call that my payment was part due when it was paid 11 days before it was due. They say they can see the payment but still pay due. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will be dropping the card as soon as all uses have been resolved.

Been A Sony Card Holder For 20+ Years - Since Comenity Took Over The Card, Absolute Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Seen. Phone Hold Times Over An Hour, Incompetent Reps, No Return Email Support. WORST BANK EVER. Sorry Sony. Had To Drop Your Card. Get Rid Of Comenity & Go Back To CAPITAL ONE. Never Had 1 Issue with them/

"Computer systems" constantly going down. In the past 3 months, their "systems" have gone down 3 times and support (and myself) cannot access my account info. I am trying to verify payments but cannot do anything. I was just told to wait 3-4 business days and try again. This is unacceptable in todays tech age. I am traveling and cannot verify my credit card so I am basically stuck without transportation.

I send payments through my online banking. Bill was reported as delivered 2 weeks ahead of time, but Comenity says it is late. Has happened to me now 3 times. Closing account. Horrible customer service, ripping people off with fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They blocked mostly all foreign transactions I tried to make, I called customer service and they said nothing they can do. They just kept asking me if it was a legitimate website, which it was. Final straw was when they blocked a$500 charge when I tried to purchase a PS5 from Walmart. They claim they’ll send you a fraud text alert to confirm/deny the purchase but it never worked for me and I had to call to unlock my card every other week.

I had the Sony Capital One card for over 15 years. In less than 6 months after the change to Comenity, I closed my account. I do miss the Sony products, The rewards were great. But having to deal with Comenity isn't worth the trouble. If you get the card I hope it is better for you.

The Sony Rewards program sucks. I have earned thousands of points over the years, but haven't get a chance to redeem them all. Recently, when I checked in my account, I noticed that I have 4420+ points were expired on Mar. 1, 2020. Can you believe that? Sony just ripped off all my points during this pandemic. BTW, their support link on their web site also sucks, I tried several times to send my complain email but failed. I have to call their customer service via the phone, which got a really bad experience. They told me that I can find the expiration information in the Term and Conditions or in their endless FAQs. Are you insane, Sony? Who will read through all these boring documents to get all the tricks before they apply the card. So please apply this card with care, there may be a lot of hidden tricks and culprits in it. I would give them a ZERO star if I can.
