How to Pay Your Children's Place Credit Card Bill:
Online: To pay your Children's Place Credit Card bill online, log in to your account. Then, navigate to the “Payments” section and add your bank account and routing number. After that, choose your payment date and payment amount to complete the process.
Over the phone: Call (866) 254-9967 and provide your card number or Social Security number. You should be able to make a payment through the automated system. But you can also opt to speak to a customer service rep who can process your payment.
In person: To make a Children's Place Credit Card payment at a Children's Place store, go to the customer service desk and ask to pay your credit card bill. You can pay with cash, check, or debit card. You will need your credit card, a valid photo I.D., and your monthly credit card statement.

Kept adding late payments due to their errors. They eventually figured it out but left me with late payment on my credit. Not happy with getting this card it hurt my credit.

I make my payment every month on the 3 Rd of the month I am never late. I paid this month check by phone and will continue to make payments until you are completely paid off. However I have 4 kids and $250 credit limit is not enough credit to buy 1 kids clothing much less all 4 so once I have paid in full if you don't increase my limit I will be closing the account

They are reporting that I owe them when this card has been paid off. They have negatively and severely impacted my credit in order to try to collect over $100 in fees and costs that they keep charging to my card. I’d rather suffer bad credit than pay for something I don’t owe.

I am having the same exact problem with them! I paid off a bill last April that was 728 dollars. Then they decide to add a late fee on to a paid off bill. It was for 1.28. No idea they did that until they start calling 6 months later and at this point have added on late fees and interest to over $100 dollars! They are out of their minds if they think I am paying them Something I do not owe.

The same here! I paid the card off and destroyed it. Then it showed up on my credit report as past due! I called and they said they saw the error and fixed it to show $0 balance. Said they would file a dispute. Nothing has been done and it is still showing late payment due! Really affected my credit score! I do NOT recommend it!!

Since Bread has bought Comenity they aren’t reporting each month & it’s affecting credit scores. I have multiple cards with them. It’s extremely upsetting. It’s not been updated since June 2022.
