I would give them ZERO if I could . I got this Mastercard for the sole purpose of building up on time payment history to rebuild my damaged credit... These people like to harass you for payments even before the payment is due... They claim it's a courtesy call to let you know that you have a payment coming due but they forget to mention that when they ask ("how much of your balance can you pay today ?")... I got 4 calls the same morning from them and I had perfect payment history with them... In fairness they will take you off of the calling list after you complain but I cancelled my account because I won't deal with anyone who thinks it is okay to call and insist on payments before they come due... AVOID THESE RUDE PEOPLE !!

Don't waste your time with this company, useless app and they will close your account, without warning. If you hit a rough patch and miss a payment , don't worry they will take the money , and not inform you thay they have closed the account.. and there payment methods a joke, you can pay your payment but they will wait a week or two to remove it from your account.. not worth the hassle. Shady company!.

Verve takes WEEKS to post payments! I wanted to use my card on vacation and so I paid it off. It was two weeks before my actual trip. Assuming I could use the card, it declined at the hotel I was staying at. When I called customer service, they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why my payment hadn't gone through.

I've had the same issues!!! They don't post forever and then they take your money very fast like you're some kind of criminal The credit lines are very small so it's easy to pay it off but they always treat you like a criminal even if you have perfect payment history

Worst credit card on the market by far. They feed on those with poor credit and ensure that they only make things worse. A $96 annual fee AND a $15 monthly maintenance fee make them the worst of the worst. I could understand if there was at least something special they offered. Heck, I'd settle for reasonable customer service (Good Luck). Also, good luck getting any help if there was a problem with a purchase. They will only help if you HAVEN'T paid for the purchase in full! How often do you only "partly" pay for something with your credit card? If you did, don't call them. EVERYTHING must be in writing. Summing up, High Interest, High Annual Fee, High Monthly Maintenance Charge, and ZERO customer service make this card a BIG LOSER. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was skeptical at first. But I want to say. Verve really stands behind what they say. They increased my credit limit automatically after 6 months of good payment history and doing so my credit score jumped 13 points. They report to all 3 credit companies. If you are looking for a helpful card to rebuild this is IT. Thank you VERVE ?

Great credit card to rebuild your credit score. Not only that they also increase your credit limit after 6 months of use. Be sure to make payments on time.
