I setup an autopay in order to fulfill the 6 month promotion. got a text the day after my payment was due telling me that my payment is due?!? called cust svc to see what happened, they couldnt tell me why the autopay didnt take but offered to waive the late payment fee. Next day I see the late payment fee. THis card sucks

My score dropped and so did my limit. Make this payments on time folks. Not a bad card but I only got it for a one-time use. I’m sure they’ll increase my limit as my score goes back up

Their billing system is pathetic; I paid the final balance mentioned above 7 weeks ago... the customer representatives deny the capability of accessing the account info. I'm done with Zales!!!

They do not update your payment monthly, my info hasn’t updated since I received the card & I make the payments every month for 6 months as part of the special finance program to pay off the balance with 0%

This is one of my last favorite credit cards Because they have a higher interest rate and would not take them again unless they willing a better interest rate I’m looking forward to pay this off as soon as possible

Wont allow you to pay with debit online with out a 9.00 fee . have to call .. Sucks when you have a no check checking account. Have to call and explain each time and get approval

I was pleased until i realized that they charge a $9.00 fee everytime you use this card. I dont know why but they do. Other than that, it's just okay.
