They have the worst customer service. They have screwed up paperwork. I have wasted too much time with them. Don't bother calling. They will keep you on the phone for more than an hour, same with the chat.
Horrible service! 4 days in a row waiting on hold to make a Payment over an hour. No matter what time of day waite time recording states over an hour. Still have not made payment. Not convenient if you actually want to pay your bill. Will be refinancing elsewhere.
Digital Credit Union Realty is involved in major real estate fraud, financial fraud and use of electronic devices across state lines - which constitute violations of federal laws. The President of DCU AND the “ Fraud” Department have been informed - in writing yet have failed to stop these violations of federal laws.

If you feel any one of these individuals has targeted you or your private property for fraud, please send a WRITTEN COMPLAINT requesting a federal investigation to the United States Department of Justice Attorney Generals for the Districts of New Hampshire AND Massachusetts. Since DCU Realty is involved with real estate in BOTH New Hampshire AND Massachusetts this IS a legitimate reason for the opening of a FEDERAL investigation against the DCU President Jim Regan, DCU Realty Manager Kim Chagnon AND her real estate agents. Respect for the Rule of Law in our country applies to EVERYBODY and law enforcement officers ARE receiving INCREASING complaints from American citizens about fraudulent real estate agents.
Americans can also report ANY DCU Realty employees to the Internal Revenue Service and request an IRS audit for potential illegal income.
They appraised my home for $30K less than a previous credit union did 4 months before and prices are going up.The appraisal was 2 pages with no pictures.They offered half the money I needed and I would cough up the rest.On the plus side no cost to me.
