Frost Bank Home Equity Loans

Frost Bank made getting a Home Equity Line of Credit, (HELOC), very simple and rewarding. They run a very tight ship and their customer service is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to use some equity in their home for upgrade projects to seriously using Frost bank.

Frost Bank is one of the most inept, dishonorable banking institutions I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
They had the nerve to knock down my near perfect credit rating simply (which has already recovered to "exceptional" rating) for MY deciding not to proceed with an equity loan after I sold one of our rental properties and no longer desired a loan for investment from Frost Bank.

All I got was a worthless phone call apology from Frost Banks for thier blatant lies that my loan application was "turned down by them", when in reality it was I who rejected Frost . (I never proceeded with the loan application and provided no information for their review).

Frost Bank is an inept, dishonorable waste of a local small-time bank that is worthy of being ignored and avoided.
