Never had a problem with that company and was good that we could work together and come to a agreement I had something to come up out of the blue and not expecting to come up I was late paying my payment I called them and told them what happened and they work with me

Avoid this creditor. Phone calls start as soon as a day late and their lot lease arrangements with mobile home parks is to get you to buy, then pay lot rent separately, and get behind for one or the other so they have grounds to evict and resell the same place for the same amount and advertise the place as new. As a first time home buyer, I learned a lot from their tactics. Buying a home on leased land should be made illegal since the structure can't be removed from that land until its paid off!

This report is saying I'm 30 days late on my payment!! Iam not 30 days late!! I have until the 17 of every month to get this paid before it's supposed to be considered late!!! Thanks 21st mortgage!!!

They are not very helpful with you being late on the house payment. They never offered me any help at all. I hope to get to another bank.
