This is a horrible organization, avoid them as a mortgage company. The employees seem to be very incompetent. I've been waiting a month for a refund via wire transfer. I've followed up five times, each time they state that they need an additional piece of information even after asking if they have everything they need. They also call you on the phone to discuss your account and ask you for personal identifying information. This is a big no no, you never give out personal information to a stranger on a random phone call.
