Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union Mortgage Rates

Paid off my mortgage and closed my account with RBFCU. Couldn’t come fast enough would do anything to get away from this horrible bank. Out for themselves do not care about the customer at all happy to be gone!

My Husband and I have had RBFCU for 5 years now, that’s who we do are checking, savings, & car loan through and we have always bragged on them. We wanted to get a mortgage loan through them since we have always been satisfied with them. From the second we applied it has gone down hill. Absolutely no one reached out to us ever, I spoke more to the operator than I did to my loan officer. Fermin Martinez (loan officer) is so lazy, I’m not sure if he is too scared to talk to people or what his issue is but it’s ridiculous how absent he is. Christina Ha, is another loan officer that has an awful attitude. My Husband was frustrated with her from all the back and forth and waiting we encountered & started acting like a victim? (Very bizarre) We are so frustrated by always getting the run around from RBFCU. Now we will be closing our accounts & refinancing our car through another bank all because these 2 employees don’t have the compassion to work with people even though that is part of THEIR job they chose to work. It’s disheartening and disappointing, I hope they can clean house of these lazy, selfish people.

A terrible bank with the worst employees ever. One of them is Agnes Madrid. It took them 3 months to make decision on my home loan application, when I got frustrated and spoke with them in regard to the delay and their unprofessionalism, they denied the loan. They lack all the basic skills necessary for good banking. I believe I was racially profiled and discriminated for which I may drag them to court. If u r black or brown stay away from these racists.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never write reviews but they were horrible to get a hold of! Called and emailed the loan officer appointed to me several times - AND NO RESPONSE. He finally responded 2 months later. Don't waste your time! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER LENDERS OUT THERE!
