My Flare doesn’t work at atm machines at keep sayin card not recognized tfoh how im going to get money if ace closed by time on off work...I am very unhappy and should have just stay with the Ace elite card thru netspend y’all actually suck
E1 Card DO NOT USE!!! No supervisors, horrible customer service, vindictive customer service representatives who most likely know how to cheat the system. They shouldn't require our social security number if we don't feel comfortable giving it to foreign countries. Its taking two- three weeks to receive a replacement card. Unfair business practices. Do Not Use.
THE WORST CARD ONE CAN EVER GET. I used to have it before but they charged me way too much on fees, so I had closed the account but recently opened it up again to give it a second chance, and I totally regret it. Can’t even transfer through cards efficiently, have to go into a store inorder to deposit money. Bad customer service also, had to wait an hour just to talk to someone, like what.. including the fact my issue wasn’t even resolved, waste of my time and money. They really making their money on fees.
Never!! Will I use this companyagain. I have this bank through my employer for direct deposit and when I tried to call and transfer money from one of my cards to the other, they blocked my card for fraud. I gave them all the info they asked me for and would not transfer my money. Also today they took $535 of my check and their excuse was that's how much my account was overdrafted. Please tell me how this happens with a debit card???? I'm getging my lawyer involved immediately!!
I received an e1 card with metabank from the company I did my taxes with. WMR had a DDD of 02/27/219, but Metabank released it to my card on 02/25/2019 at 4:45pm EST. So for this current payroll I decided to have a portion of my check come to this metabank card account, and boy this was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. My employer sent it out on 03/12/2019 for it to be posted on 03/15/2019. It is now 9;30am EST and still nothing I have called twice 2:41am and 7:13am, and spoke to the same damn foreigner that keeps telling me they have not received anything. I have already verified with my employer that the account and routing numbers are correct, but where is my damn money, I live paycheck to paycheck, I can not afford for shit like this to happen, I do not recommend metabank for shit but to receive taxes with definitely not a payroll check, I need and want my fucking money now asap!!!! Has this every happened to anyone before? If so did you ever get the money owed to you? When was it supposed to be deposited and long after did it finally get posted/deposited to your account? Trust and believe my next payroll check is not coming here, Never in my life has this ever happened to me and I am feeling sad and angry and frustrated and a whole mixture of bad emotions right now
Worst service you can ever get.... Their representatives lack in training... I get different information from each rep I speak with ... Used this card for incidentals at a hotel... The merchant placed a $50. hold and released the authorization the following day... Meta Bank held on to the funds for 30 days... Each time I called I got: "they will be released at midnight tonight" then I get "sorry for that information, it takes 5-76 days before a pending transaction is dropped"... Then I got 15 days then I got 30 days... It was a nightmare... Dealing with this company is horrific... Their outsourcing call center (wherever country they use [I think Philippines], the reps have absolutely no knowledge of the service offered.
I would not recommend anyone banking with these damn scammers! I had a pending check scheduled to go into an account that I had with my husband. I even spoke with an customer service agent over the phone the night my deposit was sent to the account. My husband and I spoke with an agent confirming that the deposit was pending. Per the customer service agent, we were advised that our funds would be available the next business day. However, the next morning, they reject our deposit and had it sent back to the sender due to my husband and I not having the same last name. Mind you, they did not mention that the night before! Nor did they even attempt to reach out to us. They just rejected our pending deposit!! The after calling and speaking with several agents, we asked to speak with a supervisor. After a one hour hold time, the same guy who put us on hold for a supervisor returned to the line, ACTING AS IF HE WAS THE SUPERVISOR. Mike ID# 794231 was very rude!!! He would not help us at all! He even got ruder when I mentioned that he sounded like the first agent who had us on hold. If anyone has an account with ACE Flare, I strongly recommend that you cancel your accounts and bank elsewhere. ACE Flare or Meta Bank, will take your money in a heartbeat. I've called the consumer affairs, as well as my lawyer as they have been giving us an issue for about a year now. ACE Flare is horrible!!
MetaBank is horrible tried to pay my carnote and the pmnt reversed because they said My name isn’t on the car when it very much is I’m just not the primary account holder I’m secondary and when I called MetaBank to tell them it’s me they said it wasn’t like wtf and I know it’s only this account because I paid through my moms account and it went through this bank is a damn joke and if I could I would give 0 stars .
My checking account with Ace Flare (Matabank) has been hacked twice, first time was only $10, second time just last week on Nov 28th, almost $1000, I am a single mom, with rent to pay, I had to pay late rent Dec. month, because of this happening all they can tell me is they are investigating it, these banks have insurance to give me my money back while they "investigate" its very, very, very rare I use an ATM and my money was taken out somewhere in Houston, how does one even take money from an ATM without a card??? I have the only card and I'm 5 hours away from there...so very disappointed, I was hoping for a nice Christmas but at this rate looks like it won't happen...every. single. utility bill is going to be late. This bank is a joke.
