The customer service is horrible. I am trying to get out of their clutches. They have a phone wait times based on the time of the day lasting at least 15 minutes to few hours. So you are screwed if you have to reach to them. Pretty callous attitude from the customer service people. They treat their customers as trash. Looking forward to closing the accounts. Multiple bad experiences with this bank 1. They make policies in the branch to discriminate based on race. I was told by one of their employee who is a friend that they put a policy to not attest documents to shoo away middle eastern customers. 2. Phone wait times are terrible. They will ask you to fax documentation but their is no confirmation from their end as to if they received the fax. Their turnaround times are days each time you have to find information from them. Wait time on phone can last hours. So you can pretty much forget about whatever you want to do. 3. They have a very callous attitude and pretty much treat their customers as trash. Most horrible customer service and the worst bank ever. 4. After closing a CC, there was a refund. Called to get it refunded into a checking account. The guy got information and said it will be deposited. I am past 7 days from the time I put in a request, but nothing happened so far.
If you want your sanity, do not deal with this bank.…read more
I have been banking with US Bank for only 3 months and my experience with the branch In Chandler on Alma School Rd and Queen Creek has been so awful I’m shopping a new bank. Has anyone else had to deal with this bank manager? She is a try B**tch. She is so miserable and unwilling to extend any assistance it really leaves a person to want to dash out and change banks immediately. The other folks that work there were nice, I must say. But this woman needs to go. I can’t imagine they are not losing business with this manager in place.…read more

I Just took about one hour of Zach Schultz’s time. He is St. Louis tucker branch manager of sales and service. Very courteous and patient. Looked up all info that I needed. All of the staff at that branch bend over for me EVERYTime I go in the branch. Love them. Def a five star bank.
I would never ever recommend using U.S. Bank their online banking app is ridiculous their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had I’ve had better from Chuck E cheese’s ridiculous air charges that they make a mistake on and charge you for it there deposit getting it back takes for ever never ever use U.S. Bank I am pulling out my money and never going to them again
I have been with this bank for over 24 years when they were St. Paul, then they changed the name again to Charter One, now they are called US Bank, the worst. I didn't leave them after all those changes, now I'm having hardship and I explained my situations to them, the Branch manager on west 63rd in Chicago, his name is Emilio refused to speak with me only sending his goffers to assist me. The whole time he told them to tell me he would be on the phone for 20 minutes. I said I would wait, he never got off the phone. I was forced to file bankruptcy and they had a lot to do with my decision. I'm going to contact the new media about this sorry bank. I would not recommend anyone to bank there?…read more
Had prefect credit (800 range) for 20 years until US Bank ruined it. They reversed 3 of my car loan payments for no reason (not one of the 25 reps and mangers I spoke to over the pat 2 weeks can explain why) and then notified all 3 bureaus that my account is delinquent and is not Paid As Agreed for 90 days. Every call to their customer service in attempt to get an explanation and a resolution turned out to be futile. After more than 12 hours of phone time including alot of hold and transfers from one person and department to the next (Customer Service, Credit Dispute, Lease Solutions, Loan Support, Lease Maturity, End of term, Total Loss and more). The best answer I was able to get was we will open an investigation that can take up to 30 days. Its more than 30 days later and still no explanation. Stay away from this bank until they figure out how to balance their business. Obviously the system or someone at US bank made a mistake which should have never happened but is understandable . What is not reasonable and inexcusable is the inability to fix it. If not after the first call then the second or third communication. Does this kind of customer service still exist in 2019! STAY AWAY FROM US BANK.…read more
Horrible customer service, horrible turnaround times once loan was paid in full for lien release and title. Avoid like the plague! I would happily pay a higher a rate in order to never deal with them again.
Spam!! They mail you 3 letters a month about thier credit cards and now spam email to boot about he same damn card I don't want 7 years ago and dont want today. I only have a morgage with you, leave me alone!!
My first statement had only balance of $36.xx and they kept sending statements that looked like their marketing material with no indication outside that these were for the Academy Sports credit card. I never opened them until mid Jan 2019 and the card was opened in June 2018, now the balance is $260.xx. When I called them next day they refused to waive any of the late fees or finance charges. They are trying to make lots of money on $36 balance first statement for the credit card. The phone numbers they have are old phone numbers before 3.5 years I don't know where they got those numbers.…read more
