Afterwards, I kept getting charged overdraft fees when I had money in the bank for purchases. I talked to customer service to see if there was something wrong with the app because one day everything goes through with the card and there’s no negatives and I still have money. The customer service man decided to tell me that a card will go straight through. I told him that I used my card checked the app everything did and I was in the positive now I’m in the negative because something from today and my card payments has been sent back. He proceeded to tell me there’s nothing to about it and make sure there’s more money in the bank before purchases when there was money in the bank. I told him I’m closing my account and letting my people know what’s going on, his words was “okay, that’ll be fine”.
Whoever is still with this bank good luck. If money goes missing after reading this and having time to close your account, don’t be mad at nobody but yourself, that money will be lost until the person comes up with the money giving it back.… show more
