Having a second home in the area I can say that this credit Union is a pleasure to work with. The customer service agents are friendly and always take the time to get to know you on a more personal level than you find in the big institutional banks. In fact, I have switched most of my accounts to credit unions in the last few years and find less hassle and less problems. The online features make maintaining my account easy and convenient. I recommend this great credit union to anyone who likes a down to earth easy going financial company to work with regarding a wide range of financial products including a mortgage.
Having a second home in Las Vegas I can say that this credit Union is a pleasure to work with. I really like this credit union, in fact I have a few accounts with more than one credit union, and will not maintain any accounts with banks. E Federal Credit Union is a down to earth credit union that offers excellent, above average customer service and reasonable terms on every product they offer. I have had my account with them since living in the area and will keep the account regardless of where I choose to live in the future. The application process is easy and straight forward. Much of daily banking can be accomplished online and customer service is always ready to help. No long hold times and no hassles.
This is a great credit union that keeps banking simple and hassle free. Everything is done via online and in fact there are no physical locations. The online user interface is easy to use and easy to navigate. Just because it is an online credit union, do not think that customer service is lacking. Quite the contrary, as I have found customer service to be highly responsive the times I have called and very helpful in resolving just about any issue that I have come across. But, the issues are really few and far between as the online system runs well with little if any glitches. I would recommend this great online credit union to anyone looking for a simple streamlined bank alternative.
My second home in Chicago has a boat dock and we store our Bayliner there, so we needed good boat insurance. Zeiler Insurance Services has been a good company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and fair boat insurance. The customer service is quick and responsive, never a wait or hold time. Always friendly and ready to help, they go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Mailed documentation is easy to understand and streamlined. The application process was simple and easy to complete in a short amount of time. Highly recommended to friends and family.
Had used this insurance company when I owned a boat in Florida and was quite pleased. They were very friendly and honest in their dealings. One thing I was a little disappointed about was the disclosure of information. Their documentation was a little confusing and did not give exact details of what was covered. I had a small damage that occurred to the boat and later found out that it was not covered. It was very minor so it was not a big issue, but I would have liked to have had a little better warning that this type of damage was not covered. Overall must say that the company was very accommodating and that customer service was always eager to help when I had questions. I would recommend this company to others with a boat.
Actually used Wirtz Insurance Agency for my Bayliner boat and found the company, for the most part, to be good. The rates are competitive and fair. One thing that I really like is that they keep you informed to any changes to your policy, by sending you updates. They are very straight forward and customer service is friendly and easy to work with. There was only one incident were I was a little dissatisfied and the reason I chose to give 4 stars in this review and not 5 stars. They had made an error in billing one time and it took a bit longer to resolve than I would have expected. It was finally resolved, but I had to make more than one phone call to get it worked out. Overall a good company to use for boat insurance.
I have been quite pleased with Hunt Insurance Agency overall. There were a few minor issues with customer service in the past, which seem to have been resolved, since then. The issues stemmed from long hold times, but as I've mentioned that has since been resolved. I have still gave a 5 star rating due to the fact that everything else that Hunt Insurance Agency does is right on track. Rates are very reasonable, and completing the application process was easy and very intuitive. I like the fact that I can view much of my account information online and that there is now very competent and caring customer service whenever I need to talk to someone about an issue or a claim, for example. I recommend this insurance provider.
Good insurance provider. Always quick to respond to concerns, both by email and phone. This is one of the first things I look for, is good customer service. And Payan, Alberts & Thompson, Ltd. always delivers in that regard. At one point there was a small error in billing, and I contacted customer service. No long hold times, and no outsourced call centers here. The response was quick and friendly, and the issue was resolved in a very short time. The rates are very competitive and that makes doing business with this company worth considering. I would recommend that anyone looking for affordable insurance, and good quality customer service look into this company. In today's busy world having a company you can trust says a lot.
I found this bank to offer many value added services and my checking account to be easy to use with a minimum of fees. Every time I have contacted customer service they have been very helpful and very friendly. The branch I used to conduct most of my business is well organized and I was delighted when a few of the tellers even got to know me by my first name. That is something that you don't see much of these days in a bank. The application process was a little drawn out, but I suppose that is the case these days with most banks, and all the new regulations. I did not car too much for all the personal questions. Overall, however I would give this bank a full 5 stars and easily recommend their services to friends and family.
I purchased a saving CD with this bank, and found the whole process to be easy and everyone to be friendly. I did have to call customer service a few times and found the hold times to be a little longer than should be expected, but that was the only real complaint I had. Once they did come on the line they were very accommodating and helpful, quickly resolving my issue. Some of the initial paper work for buying the CD was a little drawn out and confusing but overall was reasonable. I wold recommend this bank to friends and people I work with, but would like to see them do something about the length of time you have to wait on line for a customer service rep.
We have an auto loan through Chase and have mixed feelings about the bank. In many ways they are quite good at getting it right for customers, but they are also at times disorganized it seems. They do try, but there have been times when they have mixed up our car loan information, and have even miss-billed us. When we called in they corrected the error, but it did take a little bit of effort on our part. Everyone is friendly and nice to work with, but it seems their level of communication could be improved. We do on occasion get outsourced phone centers which makes it harder to get things done. We would recommend the bank but with a word of caution.
I am going to be moving my Bank of America account. While there are some good things about this banking giant, there are also some things I'm not impressed with. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. There is a level of arrogance that is hard to compare. I'm not sure why there is this arrogance, as there is really no reason for it. I feel almost like I'm treated with suspicion when I walk into the lobby. So, I will move my account to a more user friendly bank in the very near future and will likely search Wallet Hub for the best bank with the best customer service. I have other accounts with some great banks, but would like to add a new bank to my portfolio.
I have had a Capital One card for about 10 years now and have to say that service has been pretty much without a hitch. I've had a few instances where I had to contact customer service and they have always been prompt, friendly and able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. One thing I really like is the paperless statements. When I first became a member I was getting paper statements, then Capital One actually called and offered to switch me to paperless and I did just that. They take the time to ensure the customer is happy and really do try to give value added service. I would recommend Capital One to anyone looking for a good basic card for every day use.
I've been with BECU for over 8 years and can say that this is one of the most customer oriented credit unions around. They are probably some of the most friendly and most helpful people you can imagine. I have had my car loan with them since 2007 and really like the easy access they offer, such as having branches in many of my local grocery stores like Safeway. I have recently gone paperless with my statements and can say that that has also been a smooth transition. Great company, even if you don't work for Boeing like so many people here in the Pacific Northwest Seattle Area.
What a great place to do my banking, I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 8 years and have always been satisfied with the customer service I receive with Pacific Northwest Credit Union. In fact I have recommended this great credit union to several friends and family, and many of them have become members. I have had very few issues as a member, but in the rare instance when there has been an issue, NWCU always has gone out of their way to make me a happy camper.
I must say that as a local bank here in the Seattle area, this is an excellent bank to be associated with. The warm feeling you get when you walk in to this bank is a great bonus in today's busy and sometimes unfriendly world. I have one of my savings accounts with this bank and am always amazed at how they go out of there way to make sure I am happy on a very personal level. One other thing I like that I have not seen before with other banks is the occasional free gifts that Opus gives out from time to time. These are not cheap little gifts but are rather good quality appliances and very useful items for around the kitchen or house in general. Opus is a great hometown bank.
I have been with Everbank for several years now, and have always had excellent experiences with the bank. They earned my business because they are a no nonsense bank, no absurd fees and on at least 2 occasions where I was overdrawn on my account, they waived the penalty fee. That is customer service! Always pleasing voices and friendly people, I would never leave Everbank. Having checked the list of the most financially healthy companies, Everbank ranks among the best. One thing to note, is this bank may not be the perfect fit for everyone, as it is mostly bank by mail, which I like. If you can afford to wait a few days for checks to post, etc, then this is an excellent choice in banks. I'm a big fan of Everbank and feel very safe banking with them in these turbulent times. I will not bank anywhere else, period.
