I have had Progressive for four years and I don't plan on switching auto insurance companies anytime soon. This company has been wonderful to work with. I signed up online after getting a loan on my car through my bank and needed insurance immediately. I was provided with everything online, though I did have to call them to have them fax a copy of proof of insurance to my bank, but they were very helpful and friendly to speak with and had the form faxed over the same day to the bank. I have not had any negative experiences with them as of yet, even when I filed a claim after hitting a deer on my way home from work. They were fast at getting to my home to inspect the car and even faster at having it fixed. I have dealt with two other previous insurance companies but this is the one that doesn't give me a headache when speaking to them. I can't see myself switching to any other company. Progressive has great rates and a policy for everyone that you can always change online or over the phone. I prefer online because of the convenience it offers, but if I need to know anything about my policy, their representatives are easy to get along with and very friendly. Again, this is a wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone seeking insurance on their car or anything else they have to offer.
This is a wonderful bank with wonderful customer service. I have been at this bank for over 2 years and have not encountered any problems with them. They have convenient locations in North Alabama and South Tennessee. I have a checking and savings account with them and absolutely love it! The online banking is simple and easy to use and the customer service to get started with online banking is the best I've had experience with compared to other banks. The checking account and savings account are free to start, but they have many other services that charge a small fee that I feel are much better than that or other banks. I don't have any dislikes about this bank. This is one of the best banks I have been to and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a wonderful bank with great customer service, online banking, small fees, and great locations!
Citibank has been wonderful to myself and my family who also banks there with a mortgage. Though I find their interest rate to be a little bit higher than my other bank, they did come though when I needed them during my refinancing. The whole process was simple and because my information was already on file, they did everything over the phone. The only thing I had to do was go in and sign the papers after work and make sure everything was correct. A real time saver! The service I've found to be super friendly and helpful, and I feel like most of the employees are close acquaintances of mine. They smile and laugh often and like to talk. The application process is relatively simple and I've, so far, never had a problem with them. While I recommend looking around for lower interest rates, I do recommend choosing them for other services because of their optimistic, cheerful attitude and their great way of explaining things in details.
I have been banking at Wells Fargo for 2 years and use them for my personal checking account. The main reason why I love this bank, especially my branch in Huntsville, AL is because they make everything simple and easy to understand. Plus, my branch isn't a huge building wise as other competing banks are. It's small with fewer employees which in my opinion makes for the best customer service. The tellers know you by name at a small location and ask about the family. I have business account with another bank and though I like the other bank, I'm tied between it and Wells Fargo. I love the simplicity that the employees bring to the atmosphere of a small branch like mine. The customer service over the phone is wonderful as well with representatives that are superb in doing their job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend this bank to anyone wanting a smaller, more well known business that can still be trusted by many with their financial problems. I have yet to find anything that I have been majorly disappointed with and I hope that stays the same!
I switched from my previous bank to Regions last year after a recommendation from my employer. She had been banking with them for years and since the bank was right across the street from my place of employment, it made sense to switch. I wasn't expecting a lot from them at first, but the thing that really kept me at Regions was the great customer service from the staff at our local Fayetteville, Tennessee branch. They are really exceptional and friendly, with a willingness to help with anything. I did have to dispute a charge on my account recently and a member of the staff sat down with me and explained in detail what would happen. She was very patient considering all the questions I had asked. This is actually one of the best banks that we have locally and it's totally understandable as to why they have so many customers. I'm so glad I switched. I'm loving the convenience of the location and the way they treat their customers!
