I have used American Family Insurance in the past for a home insurance policy. I remember that customer service was top notch, and problems or issues were resolved promptly. The application process was painless and easy to understand. I eventually cancelled my policy because a competitor was able to provide me with a lower premium for similar coverage. There were plenty of coverage options, and I was often encouraged to enroll in auto insurance coverage, but I remember being happy with my auto insurance coverage from a different company. I would encourage others to get a quote from American Family, because I honestly feel I was treated well while I was a customer.
I've had a GEICO car insurance policy for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the coverage. Over the years I have had vehicles with both liability and collision coverage options and have had zero problems anytime an incident would arise. My monthly premium has been quite fair with the amount of coverage I've selected. Every customer service rep I have spoken with over the phone has always been helpful. My questions are answered quickly and problems are taken care of in a fast and efficient manner. Thankfully I haven't had to file many claims, but one major claim that I had to file was handled professionally. I wouldn't have any problems recommending this company for auto insurance.
I am a former customer of this bank. I primarily used BOA for managing a personal checking account. When I first opened the account things were pretty good. I had a pleasant experience throughout the application process and was pleased with the level of service I received. Things have seemed to change over the years. I recently made the decision to longer maintain a checking account at this bank based on the decline of service and the ridiculous fees that I was being charged. I wouldn't have minded staying a customer, but I was really turned off after being told that I would be charged a fee for not maintaining a minimum average balance of $1500. There are plenty of other banks out there who will not charge fees to their customers, so my advice is to shop around if you are looking to open up a checking account.
It's been a pleasure to be a customer of Associated Bank in Wisconsin for the past 8+ years. I use Associated primarily for checking purposes and have never had any major problems. The online banking and bill pay features have saved me a lot of time. The ability to view paid checks and deposits online is helpful. Transferring funds is a breeze as well. I don't remember any problems with the application process, but it has been quite a few years since I applied. Customer service has always been great. Employees have always been extremely helpful during the very few times I had overdraft problems. Anyone in Wisconsin who is looking to open up a checking account should consider Associated.
I've been a long time customer of PNC Bank and have had a great experience so far with my primary checking account. Customer service and the online account management features are outstanding. I especially enjoy the online bill pay and the optional security alert features offered. I was able to quickly resolve problems with my account the one or two times that I experienced an overdraft. There is overdraft protection offered which is also a great help to anyone who would like that type of protection for their checking account. Online banking management allows me to easily view past and present transactions. The only thing I would change is the automated phone system when calling in to check transactions. The process seems to take forever and isn't very efficient in my opinion. Other than that, I'm pleased with over service from PNC.
