I have only been with CBIZ Insurance Services for a short time, but in the seven months I have had their car insurance, I couldn't be happier. I searched for some time to find a reliable service to go with, and I believe I found it. Customer Service is very important to me. CBIZ has excellent customer service. The initial start-up process was a breeze. They were very informative and polite. I have received a quick and helpful response each time I've had a question or concern.While their prices are comparative to most other agencies, the real reason to come to them is the people.
I have several different checking accounts, but I have been with Chase the longest. Convenience was one of the biggest reasons I chose Chase. There are at least 4 branches within a 20 mile radius of my home. Another deciding factor was the atm fee if not a chase atm. 2 dollars is a low fee for any bank. I also happen to overdraw my account frequently which can be a problem. The fee is average as far as that is concerned. I am also content with the monthly fees if my balance goes below the minimum. All in all, I have to say I am rather pleased with my checking account.
I have used Morgan Stanley car insurance for about the past 4 years, and I have been nothing but pleased. I shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with them, but I'm glad I did. My application process was very quick and well detailed. Everything I needed to know was well outlined by my informed agent. She was very polite and helpful. I received full coverage on my truck for a very reasonable price. Most of my friends use one of the better known insurance agencies, and pay more in premiums and fees than I do. I have been somewhat late on a few of my payments, and rather than take away my coverage, they worked with me to better the situation. I couldn't be happier with another agency.
I have had a checking account at First Virginia Community Bank for a few years now, and the best I can say about it is that it's adequate. My biggest complaint is that my debit card is a Mastercard. I do a good deal of online shopping, and many online stores don't accept Mastercard. Everyone that I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and friendly however. The sign-up process was very quick and easy as well. I am the most happy about not having to pay any monthly fees or maintain a specific balance. The overdraft fees are also not that bad.
I had been looking for a good savings account for sometime. When I found Nationwide, I was very pleased. The interest rate they offered was fantastic. It is by far the best rate I have been able to find. The sign-up process was very simple, and the customer service was great. The monthly fees also attracted me, as they are pretty low in case I go below my minimum. Other than the interest rate however, the minimum balance was my deciding factor. Some of the accounts that I looked at were much higher. Some of them required a $5000 minimum balance. That is way to much for me. $1000 is right down my alley. All in all, I feel that I have chose the best account I could have.
I had recently signed up with Winchester Community Federal Credit Union, and I am rather pleased. I joined them to try and get a personal loan for some debt that I had accumulated over the past few months. There was absolutely no hassle joining or receiving the loan. I was able to get more than I had originally planned, and the interest rate is much lower than I expected as well. Every agent that I dealt with was very polite and knowledgeable. Once I have paid of this loan, I will not hesitate to come back to them if I should ever need another one. Thank you Winchester Community Federal.
I recently began using Apple Federal Credit Union. This is only the second credit union I have ever used. I came here to attempt to get a personal loan to pay off some debt I had accumulated over the years. I also wanted to put a down payment on a new motorcycle. The process of getting my loan was very simple. The only complaint about this credit union is the customer service. The loan officer that I spoke to was not friendly at all. She seemed very disinterested in helping me get this loan. A few days after my loan was approved, I called the same person to ask a question. She was even ruder on the phone. She had told me one interest rate, and then another a few days later. She confused me a great deal. Next time, I would like to use a different person. Other than that, this credit union is great in my opinion.
Dow Credit Union was the first and only credit union I have ever been with. I joined them when I was 18 years old, and In need of a car loan. I had visited several other credit unions, only to be rejected each time. When I came to Dow, I was made to feel important. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They clearly stated how much they were willing to loan me, and the interest rates that would apply. Their interest rates were also very competitive with other credit unions I spoke to. I have since paid off my loan and taken out several others. Each time is as hassle free as the next. Thank you Dow.
I used First Bank to get a loan for my first new vehicle. The process was pretty simple and quick. I was walked through all the steps which was very helpful, seeing as this was the first loan I ever tried to get. The customer service that was offered to me was superb. They were very helpful and extremely polite. I have had a few months that I did not have the income to pay my loan. I called and explained my situation and they were pretty accommodating. My late fees were not that substantial, and I eventually got back on track. I never hesitate to speak with someone if I have a question about my loan because they usually have the answer for me quickly. I can honestly say I have not received better customer service with any other bank I have used.
I have not been with Union Bank and Trusty Company for long, but I am very pleased so far. I was referred to this bank by a friend who had recently got a personal loan from them. I was also interested in getting a loan, and was told it was a very simple process. I was not lied to. The process took less than a half an hour until I was approved. I had previously tried to get personal loans at other banks, but to no avail. The person that helped me with my application was very friendly and informative. They worked with me to help get the best rate and loan I could possibly get. The payments that I have been paying on my loan, are substantially lower than most other banks that I know of. I am very happy with my decision to go with this bank. I look forward to a long relationship with them.
This is definitely one of the better banks I have ever been with. They were very quick and easy to sign up with. Everything was very clear and perfectly understandable. The whole application process took less than a half hour. The women that signed me up was very friendly and promptly answered any questions that I had. I signed up for a checking account which I have been rather pleased with. Sometimes because of my job, I need to overdraft my account to compensate for my lack of funds. The fees I am charged are not bad compared to other banks and they have been very understanding with my situation. I did once get an overdraft charge which was not my fault. I made on phone call to customer service and had the issue resolved quickly. They were polite and extremely helpful. Thank you to all the good people at Chesapeake that have helped me out.
This is not the worst bank I have ever had, but it is certainly not the best either. The overall sign up process was easy enough with no problems. The form was very simple and the woman that signed me up was very friendly and helpful. I really only joined this bank to get a personal loan because I was assured it would be a simple process. It took over a month for my loan request to be looked at and another 2 weeks to get approved. When I inquired as to why it took so long, I was simply told that it takes time and they were very busy. They were still polite and tried to be helpful, but I just felt like the loan process was drug out to long. I feel as though they could have processed it much faster than that. Overall, I guess I was pleased with my experience, I just wish the service would have been a little more prompt and speedy.
I have mixed feelings over this bank. I have had some good experiences with them, and I have had some bad. Recently, I was being charged overdraft fees left and right for no reason. It seemed as though everyday I checked my account, there was a new charge. I called several times to my branch to dispute these fees. The first few calls, while the customer service reps were polite and tried to be helpful, did nothing to help the situation. Finally, after 2 weeks of emails and phone calls, I found someone that resolved the problem for me. They reimbursed me for all of the charges and I believe that they were sincerely sorry. I was told the system had been messing up and told It would not happen again. Other than this instance, my experience with them has been good and I would definitely say that they are a more than competent bank.
I just want to start off by saying that I love this bank. From the customer service to the application process, everything has been top notch. I had recently been laid off of work and needed a new vehicle. I had been with Citizen's Bank for almost 4 years. I felt valued as a customer and loyal. They helped me get a car loan at a really good rate, even when I did not have a job. They believed in me and did something that no other bank would do. They were very proffessional and polite when dealing with me as well. Overall I am completely satisfied with them. I highly recommend Citizen's Bank.
I have had a bank account at Chase for sometime now and I've had my ups and downs with them. Signing up was easy as it should be. I've had very few issues with overdrafts. One issue that I did not get resolved without much effort was in concern to an overdraft fee. I had sufficient funds in my account and had a check bounce. The customer service I received at first was not helpful at all. They were still very professional and courteous but could not help me resolve my issue. After a few weeks of interaction with different people, I finally was reimbursed. They apologized and assured that it wouldn't happen again. Every other aspect of my experience with them has been agreeable and I've had no other problems.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a bank. I've had quite a few banks in my life and none of them compare. They were very easy and quick to sign up with to open my checking account. The customer service has been superb the rare times I've had to use it. I recently had an accidental overdraft fee charged to my account. I emailed my branch and within a half hour I got a response. They apologized for the inconvinence and promptly solved the situation. I was recredited with the fee and assured it would not happen again. This is honestly the only small problem I have had with this bank. I have reccomended to several of my friends, that they should consider changing their banks to be with Wells Fargo. I don't see myself changing banks anytime soon.
