If anyone has an account with them, I strongly encourage you to deactivate it. My husbands Credit Karma account was hacked and guess what Credit Karma did about it? NOTHING!!! They sent an email after allowing someone else to change the email address associated with the account, but then sat on their hands. AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN CALL! They only communicate (if you can call it that) via email and even after we replied several times to their email telling them that someone else was using a phony address and had control over the account, they did NOTHING!! We had to issue a second ticket through their website demanding action before they deactivated the account. They should have deactivated it immediately! Meanwhile, the hacker had a full day to gather all the ammunition needed for identity theft.
