I have had Mercury insurance for as long as I can remember, ever since I was able to get into a car. Since my whole family is under Mercury, we get a very big discount and also for being long time customers. The customer service at Mercury is also great to deal with. They are always ready to take any of my phone calls. I remember a few years ago, I got into a car accident that could've gone either way. I called Mercury and they said they would take care of it right away and told me to just sit back after I explained to them what had happened. Soon enough, Mercury handled the situation and I came away with a fixed car with no increase in my insurance rate. Their agents have always been very professional and I am glad I am still with Mercury.
I recently went to Citibank to take out a loan to buy a car after hearing of great things from a friend. The application process was super easy and the representative who helped me was also very nice. She helped me file all the necessary paperwork and made the entire process very pleasant. If there were ever any problems with my application, she would be the first person to call me. I was very surprised at the immediate attention I got and it made me feel like they really do value their customers. I was also given her direct phone number line just in case I had any problems or confusions. Overall, Citibank was very clear and made me feel like I was at home.
I've had a Bank of America checking account for work for a few years now ever since I started working. I use it fairly often because my work check gets deposited straight to here. From my experience, the customer service at Bank of America is excellent outside of one complaint I had due to a personal issue. Besides that, their representatives have always been there to help me the moment I walked in that door. The first time I signed up with Bank of America was a breeze. The application process was very easy and I was good to go in no time. The one thing that I like the most about BOA is the fact that you can deposit cash at an ATM instead of going inside. This saves a lot of time and is very convenient.
I recently applied for a student loan with Wells Fargo after researching other numerous private loans. After a recommendation from a fellow student I decided to go with Wells Fargo. Filling out the application online was very easy and the customer service representative whom I talked to was also very informative. She explained away any concerns that I still had at the time and was helpful to make sure which loan was best for me and the amount I actually needed. She walked me through step by step to make sure I filled everything out correctly and told me of the time frames I had to do things by. In the coming days after that, I got emails from her detailing my specific loan. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Wells Fargo to anyone looking for a great, competitive student private loan.
Chase Bank customer service was one of the best experiences I have had and continue to be part of. I opened up my first checking account with Chase a few years back. The employee who helped me was very honest and direct with any questions I had. After that, every time I go in to deposit or withdraw money, the bank tellers are always very nice and courteous. The one time I had a problem and questions about my college account closing, I came in and the employee answered all my concerns about future features of my account and assured that I would not be charged despite not having the college student label on my account. Although I have spoken to different representatives every time I come in, I still get the same vibe from each individual. Chase customer service is what separates Chase from the rest of the competition.
