I must say that I am not a very big fan of Collegedale Credit Union. When I was a member there they somehow charged me for one hundred and twenty dollars in overdraft fees. However, with my type of account, if there is no money or not enough money I will not be allowed to complete any transaction. I tried before and there was not enough money in my account to buy what I wanted so it would not let me complete the transaction. However, at the end of a few months, they said that I had a large overdraft sum. I complained several hundred times and they always told me that I owed them money. Needless to say I quit using them but I cannot use any other bank until I pay them off. So, I have been to a lawyer and they are working on solving this problem for me. So, either way I am out of money but at least this way I do not have to pay someone who does not deserve it. Stay away.
A few months ago my family and I were buying a home. This was going to be our first home. We had been searching for great home insurance companies but it was hard to find what we were looking for. Finally, after weeks of searching we came across Northland Insurance. Their information on their website seemed great. We talked to them in person and they answered all of our questions and it seemed very legit. So we decided to take them up on their offer. However, that was one of the worst mistakes we have ever made. After I decided on them, they would never answer a single phone call. I have filed complaints against them but none have been answered. They never answer your phone calls and they are very hard to deal with. When you actually get to talk to them they are rude as can be. If I were you I would stay far away. Needless to say I am with another company now and will never go back to Northland Insurance.
A few years ago, my family and I needed a small personal loan. We looked in several places and no one seemed to meet all of our expectations. Finally, a friend of mine recommended the Farmers Federal Credit Union. I must say that I was very pleased with our overall transaction. The customer service was quite amazing. The lady I worked with was very helpful and she was easily able to answer all of the questions that I and my husband had. Out of all of the places we looked, Farmers Federal Credit Union provided us with the best rates overall. They made our transaction so easy that if we needed another loan, we would definitely seek out this company. Not only was the customer service terrific, but the application process was so simple and easy. They provided clear disclosure and I have yet to have a problem with them or their service. Farmers Federal Credit Union has buildings located all over the United States and if you are lucky enough to find one, I would definitely recommend taking advantage of that opportunity. I am very thankful to my friend for recommending this place to me, and I hope that others will use it due to the positive experience that they showed me and my family.
I live quite close to Tennessee. So when I was looking for a loan when buying my first home, my fiancé and I went to U. T. Federal Credit Union in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a great place to network due to the fact that there are many members that are well connected to their community. This seems to be a great working environment. The good news is that the fees are lower than in comparable companies. It is sometimes hard to go wrong when choosing any credit union. The U. T. Federal Credit Union is great for personal and business needs and has excellent customer service. While I was there I was treated with kindness from everyone and they all understood my needs and did their best to help me achieve them all. I was overall very pleased with their service and will definitely turn to them once again in the future. This is one of the largest credit unions in the United States and has many employees to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have. I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone but especially to first timers, as they are so kind and are sure to leave you feeling confident about all of your decisions.
The Uticia District Telephone Employees Federal Credit Union is an excellent company to do business with. Their customer service is the best that I have ever received from anywhere, as their agents really make you feel like you are an important customer. They went out of their way for me on several occasions and always seemed to strive to get me the best deal possible. They were also very quick and responsive anytime that a small issue would come up, always resolving it in a polite and timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this credit union to anyone wanting to deal with a quality company.
This insurance company was good to deal with in a lot of areas. Their customer service was always very good, as they quickly and adequately addressed all of my issues that would come up from time to time. However, issues seemed to come up all too often for my liking. They made a habit out of double billing me, so I was constantly having to call them about this, which simply became a nuisance. There were also hidden fees that would come up occasionally as well, as certain features would somehow show up on my bill that I had never heard of. Overall, I would not recommend this company as there were too many headaches to worry about.
American Mining Insurance Company provided me car insurance during my brief residency in Lexington and it was a pleasure doing business with them to say the least. Their customer service was always extremely helpful anytime I needed assistance with anything. They were always honest with me about any costs that I was facing; I was never deceived regarding any type of issue. In dealing with many other companies since that time, that is something that I look back on and appreciate. I had one accident while doing business with this company and filing the claim was very simple. They guided me through the process very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
All I can say about the Irmo Insurance Agency is horrible, horrible, horrible. If you are reading this review and considering going with this insurance company, I strongly advise you to stay away. This is possibly the worst insurance agency out there today. The customer service I was shown was absolutely horrible, the application process was a nightmare and as for any problems, the only resolution I saw was to leave this company. I tried using this insurance company at one time and I soon learned that it was a very big mistake. If you are looking for great insurance at a good price and people who are easy to work with and help you, then do not go with Irmo Insurance Agency. This insurance is not worth all the problems that it will soon cause you.
I did business with Wirtz Insurance Company for a brief period of time and it was a disappointing experience to say the least. There were several issues in regards to customer service, along with many billing issues. After double billing me several times, I had to deal with the customer service quite frequently. The agents were always rude and seemed as though they had other business to attend to. I was often put on hold, and one time an agent even implied that I was mistaken, even though I had my bill in front of me.These continuous issues combined with other minor problems including things such as, long and inconvenient applications, and hidden fees, simply made this company a nightmare for me to deal with.
Hunt Insurance Agency is a high quality business and I certainly enjoy dealing with them. They offer quality customer service and are great to deal with any time a problem arises. I truly enjoy giving my business to a company whom I know cares about my needs and concerns. This company is always very efficient in taking care of my requests and they are always very forthcoming with me, no hidden fees to worry about. The application process is always quick and easy, you will appreciate this company's precise dependability. It just seems like this company goes out of their way to make everything simple for me and I appreciate that to a high degree. I also enjoy their online service as I love being able to do a great amount of my business on the computer. I recommend this company to anyone.
I have been using State Farm Insurance for over a year now. This is my very first insurance company that I have dealt with solely on my own, as in, no parents. I must say that State Farm is quite wonderful. My application process was super easy and super simple to do. I was approved in no time. I searched several places of insurance before choosing State Farm and they were able to quote me the smallest price by a large margin. My only problem would be that I always have to call when my card expires to get them to send me a new one instead of them automatically doing so. However, the card arrives promptly and the customer service is awesome. I recently bought a new car and got rid of an old one and the transfer of insurance from one car to the other was simple as a two minute phone call. I more than highly recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone, especially those who are getting insurance for the first time. They will make the process so simple for you and get you driving with protection in no time at all.
All I can say about this bank is simply STAY AWAY. Chase has provided me with the absolute worst experience with any money or banking system in my entire life. At first glance, the staff looked great. They were more than willing to help me and made me very comfortable with opening up an account with this company. However, that is where the positive aspects all ended. I at first thought that the whole application process was very simple and fast and easy. However, within days of opening my account, it was closed. I called to inquire what had happened. After waiting on the telephone for more than an hour, all they told me was that I should be receiving a letter in the mail with all the information that I needed. So I had already gotten my card and soon after received another letter from them in the mail. The letter basically told me they closed my account because they had the right to do so. My only way to then solve this was to go directly to one of their branches in person. I went within the next couple of days. Finally I was able to resolve everything, and with no explanation. I got all of my money back and switched banks. If I were you I would stay away from this bank, or at least wait until they get their act together.
Growing up ten minutes away from Wayne bank, I am very familiar with their services. My parents did business with them for many years throughout my childhood. They became the first bank that I did personal business with as well. I opened my first ever checking account at this bank and that was a quick and enjoyable process. I have also had a savings account there which was created for me by my grandparents. The tellers were always friendly as my parents even established a couple of them as pretty close friends, going there always felt very comfortable. The only complaint I have about the bank, when compared to other banks that I have done business with across the country, was that their application and loan methods are somewhat outdated and time consuming. However, overall this is a great bank if you are not a business person and you are just getting started with a bank account.
While spending a year with family in Plano, Texas; I used Viewpoint Bank as my bank of choice at the advice of my uncle. Overall, my experience with them was very pleasant. I did have one small problem occur with a loan request; however they were quick to resolve the issue for me. The staff was always friendly and welcoming and was sure to make our banking experience a happy one. The bank always smelled very refreshing and was spotless clean every time I walked in. I was sad that I had to move away and close my account with them; however I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I truly love this PNC Bank. My entire family back home uses this bank. The people that work here are courteous and very helpful. Neither I nor my family has ever had any problems with this wonderful bank. The customer service is wonderful, the application process I went through was extremely easy and fast, and they are always there if you need them. I would recommend this bank to anyone with a PNC bank in their area. I now live in a different area where this bank is not around, however I still keep my PNC bank account. PNC Bank is one of the best banks that I have ever had.
United Bank certainly ranks right up there when it comes to quality customer service. I used them as my primary bank for over two years and was always satisfied with the service I received. Any time there was an issue that came up they were very quick to resolve the problem and did so thoroughly. I was also very pleased with the application process; every time I applied for a loan they were very prompt and smoothly guided me through the process. Overall, the most important thing with this bank is the fact that they are honest with you and very clear about what is going on at all times. Their honesty, customer service and quick application services makes this bank an excellent option for anyone to explore.
I have had dealings with this bank in the past and unfortunately things did not go so well. The employees at this bank were seemingly always in a bad mood. Whenever I had any problem occur, it seemed as though they had no time to deal with me. I was always rushed and it felt like I was not a priority for them. The bank was also very nasty as well, every time I walked in the floor was obviously dirty and there was always an odor. It felt like nobody cleaned the building what so ever. These things combined together did not make for a very pleasant experience with this bank.
My overall experience with this bank has been very positive. The Bank Tellers are always nice and courteous to me. They always seem to strike up a conversation with me, as if we're friends. Every time I have been to this bank it has been very clean. The application process when I first joined BB&T was very quick and easy. I have never had any problems with BB&T since I have been with them. The service is has always been prompt and it seems that the workers always go out of their way to help you. If I had to choose one thing to change about this bank it would be for them to stay open longer. Sometimes their hours conflict with my working hours. Overall I would definitely recommend BB&T Financial to everyone. I opened up an account with them when I was eighteen, I am now twenty-four and I have zero complaints.
