You know all those commercials that you see on TV about State Farm that proclaim "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there," it really is true. State Farm has been one of the best car insurance companies that I have dealt with. They tell you up front about all their policies and pricing. They're always willing to help you no matter what kind of mess you get into and best of all a customer service representative is always ready for you on call. I recently got into an accident that was my fault. The State Farm agent whom I was on the phone with explained in every detail about what would happen and how this would affect my insurance. He was very nice about everything and told me not to worry. I felt very secure in such a tense moment for me after the accident. That is why their customer service is one of the best in the business. They always try to take care of you in your worst automobile moments.
With the expenses of school going up and up and with no time to work and study, I decided to take out some personal loans at Bank of America after a fellow classmate recommend it to me. When I first got to the door, the customer service employee was very courteous and made sure that I would be helped soon despite the amount of people that were at the bank at the time. After only waiting for a few minutes, an employee came over and asked me what I needed help with. I explained to him my situation and he was more than helpful in assisting me. He told me all the ins and outs of my personal loan and answered all my questions clearly. Instead of pressuring me into signing a deal I wasn't prepared for, he told me to take a couple of days to think about it and he would help me whenever I was ready. That made me feel really at ease and I am glad I ended up going with Bank of America. I haven't had any problems yet and the entire process has only been a plus for me.
I've had a credit card with Citibank for quite a few years now ever since I was offered one. I heard many warnings about Citibank but I decided to give it a try anyways and I'm glad I did. In terms of customer service, Citibank was super helpful. I remember one time, I had accidentally missed a payment. I got a call the day of and was informed I could pay right then and it would be on time. Another time, after my card got stolen, Citibank notified me of unusual charges and called me to verify. After telling them it was not me, they declined the charges and told me I would not be responsible for those charges. I also received a new card in the mail that same week. Overall, my experience has been awesome and would recommend Citibank to anyone.
I just recently got accepted into a graduate school and was looking for a private student loan. After looking around, I decided on Chase and called a representative to help me through the process and to answer any questions I had. To my surprise, the wait was not very long and I was soon connected with an agent who was very nice and seemed sincere in making sure I was happy with my loan. I asked him a few questions and during the whole conversation, he never seemed to pushy or eager to make me sign on the dotted line. He assured me that if I was not ready to commit to all the loans and if I needed more time, I could always call back directly to him. At that point, I decided to commit, and he walk me through all the necessary steps to complete the loan. The process was very easy and the agent was there the whole time making sure I didn't miss a thing. It was a very good experience and I am thankful that Chase customer service was able to help me pay for my education loans.
I have been at Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember. The employees at Wells Fargo are top notch and are always ready to help you whether it be via telephone or in person. My debit card had recently been stolen a few months ago without my immediate knowledge. My card had been charged somewhere out of state and a representative called me right away to confirm if those were my charges. After checking my activity online, I told them that my debit card was compromised. They assured me that I would not be responsible for those charges and the situation would be settled right away. Besides that incidence, there were other times when I came into Wells Fargo, looking for student loans, and just general questions. The employees were always ready to help and informed me of what they can offer. I always feel welcomed whenever I come in and the employees do take the time to make sure the customers are pleased before they walk out the door. I am very very happy with my decision with Wells Fargo and I would recommend other people do the same.
