I use Erie Insurance for my car insurance. Usually, I never have a problem with my car that requires an insurance claim. However, I was involved in an accident one time. Afterwards, their service was very fast, prompt, and fair. Their premium price is generally lower than other companies in my area. Every now and then, given that you don’t have an accident, you will get a few discounts. The customer service from this company, regardless if it’s from your agent or the toll free number, is always stellar. You will always leave the line satisfied. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
I have recently just switched over to Citadel Federal Credit Union for my checking services. The application process was extremely fast and easy to follow. The customer service representatives were helpful and made me feel welcome into their business. I really like Citadel Federal Credit Union, their rates, while not unusually high, are not unusually low. Any customer service I receive is helpful and quick. The interest rates are right around what I expected interest rates to be. I would definitely recommend Citadel Federal Credit Union to my friends and family, they are a very good Credit Union to give your business to.
My experience with First Castle Federal Credit Union was great. Their application process is very easy to follow and fast. The representatives are helpful and quick to answer any and all of my questions. They are very sincere customer representatives. There are no dubious and outrageous fees, like in any of the “big” banks. There are literally no fees whatsoever for any transactions that I might do. It feels like they actually want my business, and I’m not just another number. I have no complaints: the checking account I opened was easy to set up, and that’s all. I would recommend this Union to my friends.
This is a really, really good credit union that I opened an account with about three years ago. The customer service is outstanding; they always are friendly and happy to help. It almost seems like a big family. The interest rates are quite good. While they are not exceptional they are better than most. The application is very easy and straightforward, and once I got in, it was great. Anyone could apply, if only with a little attention. I would highly recommend this credit union to any of my friends or acquaintances. I really like this credit union, and would not use another one.
I have been using Humana for my home insurance needs for about five years or so. In all my time with this company, I have never had one single bad experience with customer service. Of course, my house hasn't been damaged much at all, but it is nice to know that I can rely on them to cover any damages that may come up in the future. I have heard from other people that their repairs and service are very fast and come without any delays. That being said, I can safely say that their rates are quietly low and their service is amazing. I recommend them.
I have had Farmers Insurance for about six years now and I have to say they are great. They keep me notified of any discounts or other news that may concern me, and it really helps. They’re rates are quite nice, and their customer service is great. They are a more “intimate” (so to speak) company, compared to the other big name companies. I see no reason to switch to another company, because Farmers Insurance fulfills my needs quite easily. Their towing service is quick and reliable, as are the agents and customer service representatives. I would easily recommend this company to my friends and family.
I have just opened a checking account with Sovereign Bank just recently, about nine months ago or so. I must say, this bank has outstanding customer service, from the brick and mortar bank locations, the customer service telephone number, and the online website. The service is very friendly, insisting on calling the customer by their first name, and keeping a professional attitude. This is an attribute that more banks should have. The interest rates are always competitively placed, and, around my area, there are many physical locations that I can use, as well as ATMs that I can withdraw from. I would recommend Sovereign Bank to my friends.
I have had an Ally savings account for about three years now, and I must say that it is amazing. The rates are decent for a savings account. While not exorbitantly high, it is acceptable for my purposes, which is to save my money. The customer service and problem resolution are amazing. They even have a feature on their phone line that estimates how long it will take until you are connected to a real person. In addition, I am able to withdraw from nearly every ATM without a fee, because Ally pays the fee for you! It’s very amazing how many benefits this bank offers compared to other banks.
I've been a account holder in Bank of America for around four years now, and I can truthfully say that it is convenient, yes, but annoying at times. Due to the bank’s size, it is very, very easy to withdraw funds from my account, simply because there are ATMs that support Bank of America everywhere. I really like their online system, which is very secure and easy to use. However, in spite of this good stuff, there are some very obvious cons. Again due to its size and its inherent goals as a bank, it will try to charge the user any sort of fees it can. Also, the customer service is a hassle to deal with.
At Wells Fargo, I have had a checking account for about a year now. It has been a fairly easy process to get the account set up, and working. As with all banks, one can expect a deal of trouble and annoyance when it comes to applying for certain services. With Wells Fargo, my level of annoyance was greatly decreased compared to other bank application processes. Over the months, I have not been late on payments, and they haven't charged me anything extra, as is usual. No rogue fees and charges came up on my account, which stands to the security and honesty of the bank. I like this very much. With other banks (unnamed here) random and very often downright wrong fees have come up on my statement many times, but not with Wells Fargo.
