I needed to get a loan to pay for my car repairs and I had heard that these guys were good. When I entered the bank I was very impressed by the warm comfort and friendliness that this Credit Union provided. I spoke with a representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided me with several alternatives. Signing up was very quick and easy and they were able to work with me to work out a repayment plan that I was able to afford. I was very impressed by how they treated me and their services were comparable to the big banks, but without feeling cold and distant. There were no hidden fees and the process was explained very well to me. I would greatly recommend this credit union to anyone in need.
I was with Union Bank for several years but I had to leave. I had several problems with them and I finally realized that there were several banks that offered the same services but were much better. I had small problems with them for several years but the problem that forced me to change banks was when I realized that they were rearranging the charges on my account to maximize overcharge fees. I made one large purchase before I could deposit more money and they rearranged it so the smaller purchases I had made earlier came after the large purchase, forcing me to pay several overage charges. When I complained they ignored me and seemed to not care that I was switching banks. Overall a poor service for the customer.
I have been with Chase for a few months now and I am loving their credit card. One of my favorite things is that it has no annual charge for either the card or the rewards program. The reward system is decent considering you have to spend a lot of money to get anything good but considering that it is free you can forget about it for a few months and then use your accumulated points to get something great. The APR is at 0 for the first fifteen months and then it increases to a normal credit card range. The bank itself has been very courteous. I decided to activate the bank in person and they were great. I was helped right away and they were very friendly. Overall the credit card and the bank have been great.
I signed up with Bank of America and have not used it for much more than the minimum services offered. I usually do everything though the online website and have never had any problems. Their website is very intuitive and simple and I have never had any problems with it. On the rare occasions that I have had to go into a physical location the workers have been very helpful and kind. One thing I love is their Keep the Change program which allows me to transfer the change from a purchase into my savings account, where it can grow. It may not seem like much, but over the course of a month it can really add up. Overall my few experiences lead me to believe that it is a good bank.
I have not been a Wells Fargo customer for long but I feel very valued as a customer already. When I applied for a card they were very helpful in the process and made it go easily. I was uncertain of which type of account to get but they explained every type clearly and I feel that I have made the right decision. I have been with them for about 3 years now and I have never had any problems with them. I recently needed to apply for a credit card and they were very helpful and approved me even though I had a nearly nonexistent credit rating. I now have good credit and am very thankful for that. Overall a pretty good bank.
