Daniel was there and ready to help from day one. I walked into the office needing assistance and he was the one available. He walked me through the steps I needed to do in order to proceed and was warm and courteous throughout. As the loan proceeded he was there to assist me with any problems or questions. Only reason I did not rank higher was that at times it was difficult to get in touch with him. Overall he is very knowledgeable and very understanding about questions and concerns that were raised throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for help.
I used this bank for a few years while I was at college. I needed to find a local place to have an account as my bank from home was not in the area. I felt very welcome at this bank and was able to open an account very quickly. There were never any issues with my account that needed to be resolved and every time I visited I was treated well. The only downside was lack of online bill pay at the time. Not sure if they have updated this issue since, but it is the only downside I found when using them.
I opened a savings account with the bank about 2 years ago. I had extra money to save and they were local in my area. They came highly recommended by some people I knew so I checked them out. The customer service was very good and even when the center was crowded I was not ignored. It did not take long to open an account and they were able to answer all my questions easily. The rates are competitive with other banks and with the added customer service it is worth your time to check out this bank. You won't be disappointed.
I was made aware of this credit union by employees I worked with. I had been looking for a car loan and they suggested going through them to see if I could get a better rate. The rate offered was very competitive and they were able to set up automatic payments through my paycheck which was nice. The issue I have though is that when I work with smaller credit unions I know they often lack money access, and other features, but make up for it in customer service. This bank, however, seemed to lack the real customer service I was expecting. The first time I went in there I had to wait a long time to speak to someone and they seemed almost reluctant to help. If it wasn't for me returning a few times I probably would never have used them. I never had a real issue with them, but simply found them to be lacking the real customer service you expect from a credit union.
For years people told me that credit unions were the way to go, but I always feared I would not have full access to my money, or access to other benefits that larger banks give. When it came time to shop for a car loan though I figured I don't need access to money in this case, just need a good rate and good service so I gave Seasons a try. They did not disappoint as they were able to get me a good rate and I had the money very quickly. In order to make payments each month I was sent a book that I could mail in or go to the branch with. So I did lose out on the ability to pay online. Most months I would go into the branch and they treated me with respect and were always willing to help. When I paid off my loan I went into the branch and they assisted me with how to get the title sent to me. Title arrived with no problems. I would recommend them for a car loan.
I have a health insurance policy with Aetna. They came recommended through my work which uses Aetna for medical insurance. The premium I pay is very reasonable and they provide a good benefit amount. The part I like best about Aetna is the ease with which you can access information both about your plan and other plans they offer. Their website is always up to date and most questions can be answered without having to take the time to pick up the phone and wait on hold. Life insurance takes care of itself once the policy is set up, but questions do arise from time to time as I am always comparing what I have to what I could get from other companies. I would recommend Aetna for Health and Life insurance.
I received a recommendation for this credit union through work. Based on what was being offered I went in and spoke to someone about options. I was treated fairly and they explained everything I needed to know. I opened a checking account with them in order to reap the benefits of interest and no fees. The only downside was accessibility to money and lack of online control that I am used to. Dealing with the branch, however, was very simple and pleasant. I have since moved out of the area and no longer have a checking account with them but would recommend it to anyone interested.
Gulf Winds is a true example of what a credit union should be. The customer service you receive when you walk into the branch is the best I have received from any bank. The employees take the time to talk to you like a real person, and find solutions in order to help you in the best way. I have kept a savings account with them through many years simply because of their service. Any questions relating to my account are always addressed clearly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone tired of the larger banks ignoring your needs or refusing to really help you.
I used this credit union for a few years while in school and then until I moved out of the area. The use of the bank was very easy, customer service is top notch, and never had any serious issues. The lack of accessibility to funds from other locations was a problem for me however. So when I moved out of the area I had no choice but to switch to a bank where I could make deposits and withdraws with easier access. If you are in the area and qualify to be a part of this credit union it is well worth your time.
For years I would get mail from Metlife telling me to switch car insurance carriers as they can save me a lot of money. One time the mail happened to come when my current insurance was running out and I did my normal shop around for best deals. I found Metlife to have a competitive offer so I decided to try them. There is nothing wrong with their insurance, it is standard and well priced, but there is nothing great about it to me either. Some of the other companies stand out in different aspects of their service or ease, but I simply found Metlife to be average. I never had a problem with them but was never impressed with them either. At the end of my first 6 months with them I did switch to another company that had easier service and gave around the same rate. It doesn't hurt to try them, maybe you'll find something you like.
I had Esurance for a few years when I moved out of state. They were by far the cheapest of the options at the time and having everything online for easier access sounded great. The application was real easy and done all online. When there was an issue I was able to contact someone online and get the problem resolved quickly. When I moved back home after few years Esurance was no longer available in my state so I had to switch. I would highly recommend the company to those looking for good insurance without spending a lot. The company has since been acquired by another larger company but has kept the name.
State Farm has been a part of my families life for about 10 years now. We have bundled a few different insurances with them because of how effective they are. I do find they are a bit more expensive then other companies for car insurance but the extra cost is worth the perks and the customer support that you receive from the company. I have filed a claim with them 3 times while insured by them and it has always been handled quickly and professionally. If I have needed a spare car during the time they have always gone out of their way to make sure that it has been provided for me. If you are looking for a top of the line company that gives great customer support then State Farm is the way to go.
