They are very convenient, as they have great online tools as well as very good 24 hour telephone customer service. I prefer to do business with a company that allows me to do it from my home like GEICO does, rather than having to find a nearby agent and go to them every time I need something. I did end up having a billing problem with them a month after signing up, but when I called them about it, the problem was taken care of very quickly, and they made certain that everything was correct before the phone call was over. The representative I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable and let me know exactly what she was doing to fix the error. So far, I've been very happy with GEICO, and expect to stay with them for a long time.

They are always helpful when I have a question or request, and their website makes online banking very easy. I have had very few problems with them, and anytime I did have a problem, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, even mailing me additional bank statements when I needed them for various reasons. In addition, their drive up window opens earlier and stays open later than the lobby, making it convenient to stop by when I have time to. I have had auto insurance with State Farm for years now. They have always treated me well, and I have not had any problems with them. I've done most of my business through my local State Farm agent, who has always been extremely helpful and quick to return a call if I don't manage to reach him directly. He's taken time to sit down with me and go over my policy options in detail, being certain to explain in detail anything I did not understand or had a question about. I will admit that I never had to file a claim with them, so I can't comment on that aspect, but their customer service has always been very good.
I've been banking with Citizens Community for years.They have managed to keep a small town feel even though we are in a city. When I walk in, there's always a friendly greeting, and whatever task has brought me in that day is handled quickly and correctly. They are always more than willing to look up your account rather than insisting you fill out a deposit slip. One time I needed a stop payment on a check, they walked me through the procedure and were very helpful throughout the entire process. I've been a customer of several other banks in the past, and this is the only one I've been happy with. Great customer service, can't say a bad thing about them.
