I have been a Bank of America customer for almost 5 years and have been completely satisfied with their level of service. I enjoy the convenience of online banking and the abundant amount of ATMs and branch locations. I have had several occasions that I needed assistance with a personal banking problem and their customer service representatives were always courteous and spent the time to ensure that my concerns were addressed. Most recently several of my co-workers and I had our banking information compromised. I was immediately taken care of by Bank of America, while my co-workers who dealt with other banks waited 1-2 weeks to have their claim settled. I will remain a customer and would recommend them highly.
State Farm has been amazing to work with. Anytime I have had a problem with my bill or questions about my coverage they have been patient and always ensured I had the answers I needed. When I had my accident, they were more than willing to make arrangements to meet with me and paid very good attention to my needs, not just the paperwork. It was nice to feel as though I was being taken care of and wasn’t just another incident report. My agent, Nick, called several times after my claim was processed, just to see how I was doing. That is what I call service. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to friends or family because I know that they would be well cared for and given the best coverage and service.
After being dissatisfied with the big banks, I went in search of a credit union. Not only is it a little more customer friendly, but I am looking to purchase a home soon and wanted to establish a relationship with them so that I might also be able to have my mortgage through the credit union. Saint Annes credit union was my first choice and a wise one. All of the staff made my experience great, and also helped me to transfer over several of my banking accounts without any problem at all. I felt welcome and like I was going to be taken care of. They are above the mark when it comes to professionalism. I'm also impressed with the financial planning solutions they offered and will likely take advantage of them in the future. Their cash back checking feature is an awesome feature that puts money back in my account when I make qualifying purchases! It's a fantastic banking institution.
Erie Federal Credit Union has been fantastic to work with. I first wanted to belong to a credit union because I got tired of all the fees and run around associated with big banks. I found that this credit union allowed any resident to become a part and I decided to join. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. I had trouble opening up a checking account at first because of a previous issue with another bank. But they helped me to resolve it quickly and I was able to set up my checking account and have had no issues since. I feel that my money is in good hands. I only wish there were more branches or ATMs so that I wouldn't need to travel. But with their customer service it is certainly worth the time.
I recently switched to Liberty Mutual. It was indeed the best move I've made in quite some time. My previous auto insurance company was very difficult to work with. Customer service for them was not a priority and it was always a hassle to contact someone when I had a question. But one call to Liberty Mutual and within minutes I had a very reasonable quote and a week later I switched companies. My customer service representative was very patient when I had questions and even placed a follow up call to me to see if I was pleased with their service. Their rates are reasonable and their service is excellent. I have no doubt that should I find myself needing their assistance that I'll be taken care of.
