Overall I am very happy with this credit union, The application was easy and the people I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire process very easy and quick. As with all credit unions there are not many ATM's and finding one can be a bit difficult but this is a minor discomfort for the level of service you receive and can be worked around if like me you keep cash on you. The hours are not great with the branch only being open short periods during the weekend but again if you know this you can work around it. I rated their problem res as 3/5 as I have not needed to resolve any problems yet but as I said they come accross as very professional and helpful so I don't foresee any problems.
I have been with this credit union for a few months and have had no problems with them. The application process was very easy and even when I had some trouble with it the staff were there to assist me and make sure I knew what was going on. The only problem I have found so far is the lack of ATMs being a credit union there are not many of these around but I can still get cash back when I am shopping so its not too bad. I have not had reason to contact their customer service as yet so I gave a generic 3/5 stars.
I have been using Geico for my car insurance for over a year now and I have found the overall level of service amazing! The price is the best I have found in my state and the good thing about them is if I take our home insurance as well they give a discount on my existing car insurance. I recently changed to a new car (2013) and the switch was very easy and straightforward with a small increase in price. The agent was very frank and straight talking and helped me go through all my options to find the best price for me. The paperwork was quick to come through and complete. I have not had any problems with them yet so I rated problem resolution in the middle if I do have any ill update this review.
I have been insured through Allstate for about 9 months now and I found the sign up process very easy and straightforward. I was able to do most of the work online and I just had to call to finalize the agreement. When I did call the agent seemed very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He did try to up-sell other options but as I knew what I needed I knew exactly what I wanted and so was able to say no to the attempts to sell me things. Although the first payment went out one day early, since then I have had no problems with the payments and they have all gone out on the correct date. When I moved I was able to transfer the policy over with very little problems and just a little paperwork and legwork. Again when I called I had to say no to the various options that were offered to me, but then Allstate seems to drill into their agents to sell all different options whenever they have someone on the phone.
I have been banking with Banner Federal for the past 6 months and I find them to be very average in comparison to other credit unions. The reason I marked them low on customer service is that the staff don't seem to care and will continue a conversation while they are meant to be dealing with you. The application was straightforward and easy with very little needed to apply. I have not needed to use their problem resolution services as yet so I cannot grade it. I wish there were more branches around as it can be difficult to locate a branch to conduct my business on a normal day.
I found my time with Allstate to be a pleasant one, with low prices for my car insurance and good customer care. All their staff seemed knowledgeable about the policies they were selling and were able to offer helpful and insightful advice to ensure the policy was the right one for me. The set up process was straightforward and quick with the original quotes I received being accurate and the paperwork arriving promptly. The payments always went out on the correct date and without a hitch. I never had any problems when I consolidated my home and car insurance with them and I never got any unwanted phone calls from agents trying to sell me extras. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance for their car or home.
Having banked with Arizona Central for many years, I have found their customer service to be the best thing about them. They seem genuinely happy to have you as part of their company. You don't feel like you are just a number like other banks can make you feel. If they make a mistake (only ever happened once), they go above and beyond to fix it and are very apologetic throughout the entire process. The sign up to use them was quick and easy and they have a good number of branches in the Phoenix area. The staff are very knowledgeable and seem to actually care that you get the best service for your money. Overall I give them a 4/5 rating and hope they open some more branches soon, so I can increase that to a 5/5.
