Iâ€™ve use Joseph as my car insurance agent for a couple of months now, and he has been great. I had one accident where someone rear ended me, and he answered his phone promptly and told me what to do. He talked to me until I was calm and explained the process step by step. I felt so much more comfortable with the situation after that. His receptionist is just as customer oriented as he is, and I have never had an issue with this office. Iâ€™ll definitely continue to use State Farm, because of the excellent customer service I have received. :)
I just got this credit card a few months ago, and like it so far. When you apply online, the card gets attached to your account immediately so you can make purchases. I got approved for a $400 limit right off the bat. It's not the highest limit, but I use it to put my groceries on it every week to keep my credit balance rolling. The interest doesn't bother me, because I pay the card off every month, but the APR is about average for a store card anyway. I haven't had to call customer service, so I can't review that, but overall I have had a good experience with this card. :)
I got this card, because my credit was less than perfect. It has a high annual fee, no rewards, a high interest rate, and a low limit. I will say that it is easy to get, and the customer service is wonderful. Whenever I needed to call them, they were very respectful and answered my questions promptly. For rebuilding credit, this is a good card. The interest rate doesn't bother me, because I pay off my balance every month. The annual fee is high, but there aren't too many options for rebuilding your credit. Overall, I'm happy I got the card, and my credit has increased enough for me to apply to other unsecured cards since applying for it.
I had such a good experience with Peggy (Margaret Argento) at Cliffco Mortgage Bankers! She was so helpful and courteous the entire time!! My husband and I wanted to take our time while we were browsing for properties, and Peggy insisted that we follow our gut and take all the time we need. When we finally chose the house we wanted, she had already taken us through the entire loan process so we were well informed and could make our decision. She went through the contract with us so we knew exactly what we were signing. I couldn't have asked for better service :)
I love my Staples card. I am a frequent shopper, because I do all of my shopping here when I work on projects and this card makes it so easy. I applied in store about a year ago, got approved quickly, and received my card about a week later. The interest rate is a little bit on the higher side, but it has never bothered me, since I always pay off my balance right away. When I got this card, I only had one other credit card to establish my credit, and this card helped with that, as well. I’d definitely recommend this card to any frequent Staples shoppers.
I had originally got this card to rebuild my credit after some financial distress. The application process was fast, but I didn't receive my card for almost 2 months. When I called Applied Bank, they kept giving me round about answers! The first time I called, they said it was in the mail. After a week, I called back and they told me they were missing some information and had to reprocess. After another two weeks, I called and they said it was in the mail again. This went on until I finally received my card (I applied in January, received in March). Once I got my card in the mail, I found out that they only report to 2 credit bureaus (they do not report to Experian) so it didn't fulfill my goal of increasing all my credit scores.
My husband and I currently have a savings account with Bethpage Federal Credit Union. We haven't had any issues with them so far. When we opened our savings account, we went into the branch and were out within 10 minutes. They took care of everything for us, we only had to sign a few papers. We used the Huntington, New York office and the customer service was great. All the employees seemed to like their job and greeted us with a smile. I haven't had any issues yet, so I am not sure what the process for that would be, but I would feel comfortable going in and chatting with someone about any issues I might have. Overall, I would recommend this credit union to friends.
I have been with Chase for about 4 years and have had nothing but a good experience with them. When I got married, we went into a branch and had both of our Chase accounts merged, which only took about five minutes. Whenever I go into a branch or call their support line, they are always very friendly and help me with whatever I need. A few months ago, there was a suspicious transaction (my card wasn't stolen, I just accidentally typed in the wrong zip code at the gas station) and they called me within thirty seconds to verify that the transaction was made by me. This experience made me feel very secure with them and that my money is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Chase to my friends/family.
My husband and I currently have a car loan with Texans Credit Union. So far everything has gone very smoothly and we love this credit union and are currently considering switching our checking over to them. The only complaint I have had with them is it took me over thirty minutes to get a hold of a customer service representative once. However, that seemed like an isolated incident, because any other time I have called the wait time was very short. The application process was a bit slow, but you have to expect that when you are applying for a loan! Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good financing.
I had one issue a month ago where someone had gotten my card information and was using it for online purchases. Within minutes of the transaction, an agent had called me to inform me of the purchase. She wanted to verify if it was me or not and asked me a few security questions. When I said I had no knowledge of the transactions, she quickly denied them and set me up with a new card (which I received 3 days later). I’d give this card a 5/5 any day, because I get both the rewards and the security of knowing my information is in good hands!
My husband and I have been insured with Geico for a few years now, and their customer service is one of the best I've dealt with. We recently moved to another state and we were so surprised with how much you can do online; we were able to switch over our insurance policy to the other state without waiting on hold with a representative. Most insurance companies make you do everything on the phone and it's such a time consuming process, but with Geico we have been able to do everything on the website so far, including changing our monthly payment date! We had an incident where our car's windshield had been broken and the representative answered the phone within seconds of us calling. Our car was fixed and paid for the next morning with no hassles or big explanations of “sorry we don't cover that”. I'd give Geico a 5/5 any day. :)
I've been banking with SchoolsFirst for about 4 years now. I'm a student and my mother sends me my schools payments and extra money if I need it, so I love how easy and fast it is to transfer money between accounts. All you have to do is type in the member ID and the transfer is instant! She is in California and I live in New York, so this feature has been essential for us to transfer money over without a $25 wire fee other banks will charge you. I will continue to bank with SchoolsFirst and would definitely recommend it to my peers!
