My wife and I have had a savings account with Wells Fargo for many years. While we have moved on to a different bank for most of our banking needs, we do keep a savings account there that is for emergencies. We love that you don't have to pay fees as long as you keep a certain amount in the account each month. Since we never use the account it is not a problem for us. While Wells is not a favorite bank of ours it has worked nicely for an emergency account for our family.
My wife and I have a savings account through Delta Community Credit Union. We have always enjoyed having our savings there. They are easy to work with, have many great products and your money is easy to access if you need it. We have our savings account attached to our checking account, so if we get overdrawn they transfer money for us automatically to avoid costly overdraft fees. The application process only takes a few minutes and any problem we have ever had was resolved really quickly. They are very professional and easy to do business with. We really recommend them for your savings account.
My wife and I had Molly Nadeau as our mortgage loan officer a little over a year ago and were very pleased with our experience with her. We had some major credit issues that took a long time to resolve and she was with us every step of the way. She always answered our questions with information we understood, she helped us whenever we asked and seemed to really want to help us to get the home that we wanted for our family. She returned emails and phone calls really quickly which is nice. She was not the first loan officer we tried to work with but we would never go with anyone else again. It was so nice to know that she was there for us. She still keeps in touch and always says if we need anything to contact her. We recommend her to anyone we know looking for a mortgage.
My wife and I used Hank for several of our home/renters needs. We switched only because our circumstances changed and we moved out of the area. He was always kind and professional. Returned phone calls promptly, helped when we needed it and always answered all of our questions. The prices are fair and he offers many great services. If you are in the North Metro area consider checking out what he can do for you and your insurance needs. We only had one small claim during our time with them but they did not give us any trouble and our rates did not go up because of that claim. Overall, I am very happy with him and State Farm.
I have been with US Bank for two years now and overall have been very satisfied with them. They have a branch close to my home and it is open decent hours, they have a lot of ATM's and they make things easy for you. The employees are nice and they have a good helpline if you are having trouble or you just don't want to go in their office. The only problem that I have is that I had a mistake on my account and ended up getting some overdrafts and they would not cancel any of them out to help me out. However, other than that I have been very happy with them. I recommend if you do have an issue with your account that you go in person versus using the toll free number. They seem a lot more willing to help you in person than over the phone.
I have used American Family Insurance for my auto and renters insurance for five years and could not be happier. I switched to them from State Farm because they were a lot cheaper and had a better policy. I like my agent very much. I have had three claims, one for a cracked window, and two for minor damage to a vehicle and they always paid and my premiums never went up. They work quickly and they even took me with my not so perfect driving record. I would highly recommend them. After I had been with them for a few years I did some shopping around again and could not find a better deal for the same coverage.
