I've currently been with Chase for the last year and have enjoyed interacting with them on several occasions. I initially applied because of the “Deposit $100, Get $100” promotion, as well as, Chase's mobile app for online banking. I attend college in Southern California, so there are multiple banks and Chase ATMs conveniently placed near or around campus for students. The customer service remains exceptional and friendly, but the prime reason I am planning to stay with Chase remains the multiple bank locations and convenience. In the end, I am happy to say that I would consider myself a satisfied customer and am planning to stay with Chase for quite some time.
As a customer for the last few years in college, I've found through my experience at Wells Fargo Bank that it is one of the most helpful and genuine banks I've done business with. From their friendly customer service representatives to their straightforward, user-friendly website, I've never had any problem solving an issue with Wells Fargo. Although their interest rate and cash back reward isn't as high as the ones offered by other banks, I've always appreciated their great customer service and most importantly, their understanding of how to treat a customer. In the end, I am extremely happy with Wells Fargo and will definitely continue staying with them for awhile.
