Capital One has great rates compared to other banks in the area I have tried. They don't have many fees and the service is fairly reasonable overall. Online banking is easy and convenient and their physical locations are convenient for me as well. Capital One also has great customer service. Every time I have gone into their branches, they have been fast, helpful, and very polite. I have not have any problems with Capital One, and will even consider using some of their other services in the future.
Abiola is a great insurance agent. Her family oriented way of life translates directly to her work. She knows that most people either have a family or are saving up to start their own family one day, and she tries to do what is best for her customers and their families. She gave me the best deal possible, looking at competitors' rates to give me the best deal around. I never had to wait long to talk to her on the phone or in person. She responds punctually and is very good about appointments. For the convenience, the good deals, and her friendliness, Abiola deserves an A for her service.
The U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union is definitely the right bank for me. I'm not a mail carrier anymore, but they still happily serve me today. I like the bank because it's generally not too busy, serving mostly the small postal worker community. The employees are always very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day I come in. Their rates aren't the best, but they're mostly competitive. I would rather use the U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union than other places even if I might get a slightly higher rate somewhere else. Overall, I have enjoyed my time with the U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union. It's always convenient and a positive banking experience, so I'll continue to keep coming back.
SECU is an excellent credit union so far. I recently opened a savings account here as I am earning a bit more money at work, and their rates are very fair. I won't earn a ton of interest, but they are competitive with other local banks and credit unions. The union is convenient to use and my money is secure. The sign up process and dealing with customer service went smoothly. So far, I prefer SECU to my previous bank because of the rates and convenience. I would definitely use SECU again for a future account of mine, assuming they stay competitive with their rates.
For the most part, Michael was a great insurance agent. I needed car insurance for my new car, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I heard Nationwide was good and cheap so I went in. I showed him my budget, and he started to explain what he thought my rates might be. We looked a little further into the numbers, and they were well within my budget. My only fault was that the process was a little lengthy, but my car is now properly insured for a good price.
Like most people, I've had some poor experiences with insurance agents in my day. Mike Masri, however, has been nothing but helpful since being my agent. To start things off, the discount he got me on my car insurance saved me a few hundred dollars from what I had paid the year before. The website advertises that he is a former financial professional, which is obviously true, because he went out of his way to make me a great deal. I've only run into problems on the road once during my time with Mike Masri. I was run into from behind at an intersection, causing some substantial damage to the rear of my car. Mike was quick to help me get repairs started, get all the paperwork filled out, and get me a rental car in the meantime. He handled the situation very well and kept me calm during the accident process. Overall, I would rate Mike very high and I'm extremely satisfied with his service so far.
I was forced to pick a new bank after moving across the country, and Capital One was the most convenient. Living on a college campus, Capital One was the only bank that I could realistically do all of my banking from. I started off by applying for an account and found the process easy and the staff friendly. I spoke with several people, and everyone was very helpful and nice. I was able to get my account started quickly and easily. Over the years, I've never had any problems. Check deposits clear instantly and I've never had to wait for money to go through. Their other services, like notarization, is free for account holders. Overall, my experience has been near perfect. Capital One is fast, easy, and reliable.
