Gil Cosenza is an insurance agent that works for State Farm Insurance. He has been my main insurance agent for quite some time, probably around 10 years now. Overall I would say that he is a very good agent and delivers when I need him most. His office is conveniently located in Babylon, NY about 1.5 miles from my house. He is a very nice man, easy to deal with, and clearly explains all details concerning the insurance policies he sells. My only complaint deals more with State Farm than Gil himself. In the past I have felt that State Farm takes a little bit longer than I would like to process and pay out on insurance claims that I have made. Individually I would rate Gil a 4/5.
I am not a huge fan of the Shell Gas Card terms and conditions. This is due, in part, to the fact that it requires an annual $25 fee. Almost all the cards that I possess do not have any fees. I feel very strongly about this and probably wouldn't use the Shell Gas Card for that reason. However, I do like the flat rate $35 max late fee. The rewards you earn using this card also seem to be more generous than other rewards programs that I have seen.I especially like the 50% discount at over 5,000 hotels and 30% discount at many more.
I was a a customer at New York Times Employees Federal Credit Union for two years. I opened the account while working for the U.S. Census through the Federal Government. It was extremely easy to open an and took maybe twenty minutes to complete from start to finish. For the two years I was a customer I used the credit union on a fairly irregular basis. However, every time I did interact with employees everything was easy and hassle free. All their services were timely, and easy to understand. I never encountered any problems. I have since canceled my accounts there, since I have found better ways to invest my money.
I was a a customer at Tompkins Employees Federal Credit Union for four years. I opened the account my freshman year at Cornell University so I would have a bank that had a major branch and several ATM's locally. Opening the account was very simple and took maybe fifteen minutes at the most. For four years I was a customer there I used the credit union on a pretty regular basis, every time without a hassle. All their services were quick and easy to perform including withdrawals, deposits, and account transfers. The product I used most frequently was my checking account. I would still be a customer if I lived anywhere near a branch. Unfortunately I no longer do.
I have had the Gap store credit card for about 2 years now. It was very easy to apply for and I was approved right away. With the card comes some nice offers and promotions, including many extra discounts (even on sale items). I would also recommend signing up for their email list. It provides you with even more information about upcoming sales and promotions. Overall this card has helped me save a lot of money. I would highly recommend this credit card to just about anybody. It will surely save you money and provide you with many opportunities to cash in.
