He made it simple and easy to get coverage and to adjust the plan a month later to ensure the best plans and features for my brand new jeep patriot. He was very honest about my coverage what was reasonable to pay for on my budget and what was necessary for a new car purchase for full coverage to make sure i adhere to state laws. He also was able to make it so i could go online and make the changes as need as well as know how to file a claim if it ever came to that point i time.
So far I have been with RBFCU for about 2 years now. When I first heard of the company I was searching for car loans. I had walked in to speak with a rep about the options of the loans available. I had never seen or heard of them before. The rep was very helpful. She explained the different ways the current customers could get loans and how the loans worked with the different options. She clearly explained the process for the loans once a new checking account was open. She didn't hide any information from me. In fact i was there for about a half hour. We went through all paper work together in a separate room off the banking floor. She took her time and answered any questions and concerns I had. When I left I was very satisfied with the whole process and ended up opening the checking account but choosing a car loan else where for the apr rates. I opened the checking because of the benefits of cash back on bill payments and the options with the savings account. 5 Stars all the way across the board.
As a current customer I have been with the bank for about 3 years now. I do not enjoy it at all. I always have issues when i go into the bank. The tellers don't pay attention when you are waiting in line. Sometimes I wait up to ten minutes when four tellers are standing there talking and one is actually helping a customer. When I do speak with a teller they often get my money orders wrong. Very frustrating when you are already paying largely for the money order. To top it off when you use the bill pay online it sends a check not a debit card payment or anything convenient like that. I would recommend a different bank. In fact I already have another account I use over my IBC account.
I do not care for the no rewards with the card. I think that is essential now a days with all the companies available. I enjoy getting cash back on my purchases. As well as that rate is just ludicrous at 25.24% apr. That is just insane. I would rather save up to buy what i need rather than give you that much extra. The only thing that i do like is the no liability on fraud purchases. As someone who has had to deal with that it will be great if they actually follow through with that. But then again most companies fight to not refund anything. Ultimately i would pass and i recommend others do as well.
I have been a customer of Esurance for a few months now. Not only are my payments very reasonable but i can add on things i need as the months continue. As my home is constantly having changes done its very nice to know that your car insurance can be modified and changed to suit my families needs. When i called the customer service number and began my application for coverage. It was made so simple and easy i was done in a few minutes. I was given the complete information for the package i choose. I have to do SR 22 here in texas and they were able to include that for me as well. So i didn't need to contact another company for that coverage. I loved the rep who made my life a hundred times easier. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!
