I have been banking with Delta Community Credit Union for about a year now and have not really had any trouble with them. It was easy to apply for an account and the customer service is pretty good. They do not have a lot of locations so that can get a little annoying but overall I am glad that I bank with them. Any time I have had a issues I just call them up and they take care of it. I like that it is a small credit union so they do get to know you a little better than at other places that I have banked in the past. They seem like they actually want to keep you as a customer.
If you have poor credit and are trying to build or rebuild your credit then this card might be a nice option for you. The Western Union Prepaid Mastercard is a prepaid card so it is your own money that you are spending. When you make the monthly payment they report to the credit companies that you are paying on time and that is a huge bonus because if you make the on time payment you will start to raise your score over time. Your fees for ATM cash with draw are a little high. Around two dollars per transaction but if you need a credit card it is worth the small fee. There is not a monthly fee for this card so that is a nice perk as well and no transaction fees either.
My spouse and family love to cruise. We try to take a cruise every other year and have been able to do that in part because of the Carnival Credit Card. You earn a lot of points on purchases that you are able to later spend on cruises which is amazing. If you like to travel and would like to take a cruise one day try to get this card. The interest rate is a little high so try not to carry a large balance it will save you some money however if you pay it on time and pay your balance quickly you will save money on vacations and everyone can use one of those! I highly recommend this card if you have average to good credit. You also start out with points just for opening the card which is a nice perk as well.
The Guitar Center Store Card is the card for you if you are into music. This is the best card out there if you play guitar or shop at this store a lot for yourself or your family. It is very similar to other store cards it just really depends on where you shop and where you like to get your rewards. Make sure that you pay close attention to the fees however if you are late you will get nailed with really high interest and a really big fee. The typical interest rate are comparable to any other card for the average joe. They are also really good about raising your credit limit if you are paying on time and you are responsible with it.
My family and I travel a lot so this is the Hyatt Credit Car is the card for us. We get tons of perks and since my husband and I have high credit scores we get low interest, pay our balances off quickly and are able to get great rewards for when we travel. This saves us a lot of money. We have been able to take some great vacations in part because of this card. The annual fee annoys me a little bit and we have been tempted to shop around to see if we can find a card with similar perks without that fee. We have yet to find one that will offer us the same opportunities for free nights at great hotels so we have stuck with this one but would be happier if they lowered their fees. Great customer service and love the perks for our family. If you travel it is a great card.
This is a difficult card for anyone to swallow. You start out with higher interest then any card around. I imagine that this is a card for people with poor credit. If you have to take out this card understand that it is for sure one that you will have a lot of fees on. You have a balance before your card comes in the mail. Your interest will be around twenty percent so pay it off as soon as possible. Work hard to repair or build credit so that you can move on from this card. It will bleed you dry. Expect to also start out with a very low balance. Maybe a few hundred dollars most of which will be gone with the fees that they give you when you open the card.
