I got a loan from Glendale Federal Credit Union to buy my pre owned SUV last year. The process was kind of tedious and a little bit annoying as it seemed to take a long time to get set up. However working with the people at the branch was really good as they were all super helpful and tried as well as they could to make it painless. Overall I am very happy with the service that I've received from them.
I got my first car loan through Arizona State Credit Union and it was an almost painless process. There was quite a bit of paperwork but I assume that's true of any loan process. The customer service was great though and I was happy to feel like they were personally involved in helping me!
I've been using the Ink Cash card from Chase for the last 2 years. The first year was great with 0% interest and the regular rate of 13.24% is very good compared to most cards. We use it for everyday purchases with our business and that usually works out to 25-40 purchases a month. This has been a good card for me so far with no problems at all.
I have been with Fifth Third Bank for a little over 5 years. Every time I go to the bank or have to call the bank I get amazing customer service. Being someone who works in the service industry this is my #1 important trait in businesses. Chrinstine in Naples is my personal banker and she's been absolutely amazing for me! I wouldn't change banks or even think of it!
I had a break in at my house a little over a year ago and Geico was my insurance company. I called them in the morning and it was a little slower getting back to me than I might have liked. I didn't get a call back until early afternoon, but the customer service rep seemed very empathetic and courteous on the phone. She seemed to go above and beyond in making sure every detail was taken care of. Everything was eventually resolved and I didn't have any troubles with the insurance claim itself. Customer service is what makes a company to me and it was very good for me.
The Best Buy card has pretty good rewards especially on stuff purchased at the store or online. You get 5% back on any purchase at those places which is great. You also get points for everything bought at 1 point/dollar spent. I mostly got this card to use on best buy purchases but have used it on many other things since.
The Capital one Ventureone rewards card has been a card that I've used for a while now. The bonus was getting the 20,000 miles at sign up. The 1.25 miles per $1 spent doesn't add up super fast as I don't use the card for any major purchases. I have bought a few things like a computer and a TV and i'm up near 32,000 miles now though so it’s added up decently quick in a little over a year. The rate is pretty good and I’ve been pretty happy so far with the card and company when I needed customer service. I would recommend the card to others.
I have been with Progressive for the past 5 years, Before that I was with another insurance company and did not get as good of service as I would have hoped. I got in an accident in my first year with Progressive and was amazed at how well they took care of me. I was feeling a huge stress after it and they sent out a tow truck to take my car to the shop, sent out a rental car for me to use in the meantime, and were absolutely pleasant to deal with. I won't be switching anytime soon!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union to this point. Typically setting up new bank accounts is like pulling out teeth to me, but when I went in to set up a new account here It was actually very fast, and very painless. Anytime I have any questions it's easy to get someone on the phone and just as easy to find someone to help me when I make trips to the bank for my weekly deposits.
