Opening an account with Access Insurance was one of the easiest processes for me. The online website showed me everything I needed to know before I called in and asked about joining them. The customer representative that took my call was very friendly and made the whole application process a breeze! One of the biggest pros about Access Insurance is it is a pay as you go service which for insurance just sounds awesome! Access Insurance has taken care of me and my friends, I’m sure everyone will love it!
The Vons Employees Federal Credit Union is an interesting credit union. I was luckily able to access it while I was working at VONS part time during school and I was able to join their credit union. The whole setup process was extremely easy and effortless. The customer service representative that set me up was extremely friendly and made the whole process a breeze. Overall I would say the VONS Employees Federal Credit Union is a great option for VONS employees since it provides good benefits and they will take care of their members!
I found Los Angeles Credit Union through some close friends of mine and I was struggling to get a loan. It isn’t surprising considering today’s economy but Los Angeles Credit Union really came through. They made the whole process very easy and the representatives were very accommodating. The rates are great, there weren’t any fees and they have excellent customer service. Customer service is huge to me so seeing a credit union with solid customer service is something that warms my heart. I strongly recommend Los Angeles Credit Union to anybody that’s looking for a credit union!
The Union Plus Credit Card seems like a decent credit card that anyone would most likely enjoy. The 0% intro APR is pretty nice compared to some of the other credit cards. The fact that there is no real bonus incentive when joining is a bummer compared to my Chase Freedom card which gave a nice bonus when I joined. The rates are somewhat competitive and not too bad but the lack of great rewards is disheartening. While I don’t believe this card is as good as the Chase Freedom, I still believe it is a solid card for whoever decides to get it and they won’t be too disappointed.
The Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card is an excellent card for any frequent flyer such as myself. I was approved very quickly and the no annual fees combined with the competitive APR make this card a must have. I travel often for work so getting discounts on hotels, car rentals and getting airline miles is a huge plus. Another benefit of the Capital One Venture card is definitely the online website. The website is very well designed and it makes my purchases and points very easy to track. I definitely recommend this card to anyone that frequently travels as it is a life saver!
The Banana Republic Credit Card is an excellent card for anybody that frequently shops at Banana Republic, Piperlime, Athleta, Old Navy or Gap. The Banana Republic Card is a very straight forward card that lists all the terms and they are easy to understand. There are no hidden costs like some other credit cards. The interest rate is fairly high but that can justified if someone shops pretty often. As someone that frequently shops at Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy, I find that this card is a wise choice especially when making some huge purchases.
The Amazon Store Card is pretty great for people that frequently shop at Amazon such as people like me. There is no annual fee which is very comforting and the decent interest rate makes this card a winner. Since I frequently shop at Amazon with this card, I have accumulated a decent amount of points which let me buy more stuff. Overall I think the Amazon Store Card is great if someone plans to use Amazon a lot. It fits my needs and there aren’t any annual fees so it’s a win in my book!
I have had 21st Century Auto Insurance for a few years (2009-2012) and the experience has been pleasant. During the first year everything went smoothly as I got introduced with excellent rates that made me save plenty of money. I had heard many good things about 21st so I joined with no hesitation and the ride has been great. There has been great customer service and I got great answers whenever I had any questions. It was until my last year in 2012 where the rates suddenly jumped up and I didn’t receive a good explanation about why they rose. I did some research and saw some similar experiences online and that prompted me to look for another company.
I don’t like the Crate and Barrel Store Card mainly because of the high interest rate of 27%. It seems like I would have to shop there very frequently in order to make the card useful for me. Also the $10 back for $200 may seem nice at first but I would have to be making plenty of big purchases to really get any kind of money back. I would prefer using the Chase Freedom card as I get 1% to 5% back on all my purchases, unlike this Crate and Barrel Store Card where I have to make my purchases at Crate and Barrel Stores.
My parents have been with Farmers for as long as I can recall and when I finally got my own car insurance, I was sure to be with Farmers. Regardless of how bad the situation is, Farmers always came through for my family so it was obvious that I would go with Farmers. I have been with Farmers for 4 years now the whole experience has been amazing. I got amazing rates at such a young age and the representative I spoke to was very informative and gave me lots of information that I did not know about. My specific representative or agent has been with my family for around 30 years now and it was a breeze to set me up with my own car insurance. Farmer’s Insurance really went above and beyond when they provide such excellent service combined with their amazing rates that a fresh high school graduate was able to afford. It’s been 4 years now and the ride has been just as smooth. I would definitely recommend Farmer’s Insurance to anyone that is looking for great rates on car insurance, very knowledgeable agents and impeccable customer service.
I stumbled upon the Chase Freedom card on SlickDeals when looking for a new card that had great rates and had cashback. I received a $200 bonus upon signing up and spending $300 so that was definitely a nice perk. The added cashback is very useful for a college student like myself that is constantly doing small purchases left and right. While there are some limitations to when the cashback perk can be applied, it is nice that there isn’t a limit to how much cashback I could get unlike my Bank of America card. The Chase Freedom card is a solid card that is well suited for young adults such as myself and others. The late fees aren’t too terrible and they give nearly a month grace period to pay it back which I find is more than reasonable. Chase is very professional and whenever I have inquired about some questions, they respond immediately and thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend Chase Freedom to whoever is looking for a new card, especially when they have the $100 - $200 bonus upon signing up.
