I recently moved from WellsFargo to Midflorida using their invective program and so far I love it. When calling wellsfargo, I had to wait on the line and was never directly helped on my problem. It was always turning into a can we sign you up for this or that. The first day I opened my account at MidFlorida, I was given a business card and email. They were spot on with customer service. Your calls and emails are returned very quickly. My only downside is I have to start with one of their basic accounts. Other than that it has been a great experience.
Bank of America has easily became my favorite for checking account. Unlike my other bank who charges you countless fees, Bank of America does not charge any hidden checking account fees. I accidentally over drafted last week, due to pending deposits) and with just one call and one representative, my problem was fixed. That was the first time I actually had a banking problem fixed with talking to the first person ho picks up the phone. I will be canceling with my secondary bank and making this my full time banking.
Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union is one of the two credit unions I use and I can truly say that I am satisfied. They do just more than offer money and loans. It's one of the only places that offer a rapport. I've never ran into any trouble in the past and I'm 100% sure I will not in the near future. Every teller is friendly and highly trained. I'm glad I'm feel valued when I do business.
TD was my first bank when I got my first job. That was back in 08. Since then I have never had a single problem with them. We actually built quite the rapport. Their customer service beats every other bank hands down. They are always very willing to work with you given certain situations. They have no problem handling an overdraft rather than making you pay it. This bank understands its customers, which is why I will always use them.
Liberty Mutual has always done good by me. I've never had a single negative experience. Between the two years I have had them, I kept the same agent and he was very knowledgeable about any given situation I brought to him. I do not plan or want to leave this agency. They are extremely trustworthy in my book and should be in yours. Whenever given the opportunity I always recommend them to friends and family.
Overall this is probably the best Credit Union I have ever used. I only had one problem with them and that was location. Something as small as that could easily be looked past. The service provided there is outstanding. I've been using them for years and never had a problem with anyone. They also make an effort to form a rapport. It's truly been an amazing journey with this Credit Union. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon.
Fifth Third bank has been my favorite bank for a very long time. My only problem is the customer service. The lady was not only rude to me but rude to the person before me. I just ignored it and left. Nothing to close my account over. I just don't want to see her again. It's as if they hate their job. Other than having to go inside, I love the bank. I've never had a teller with terrible attitude before but everyone has their day.
