No credit card needed
Wow! What a rip off. BEWARE!!!! I canceled one day past the 7 day trail and got charged $14.95. The problem is that they never sent me my credit report or anything. It’s a scam. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Go directly to the bureaus to get your credit report. If you go o other sites like this be sure to read all of the print. When you sign up to get your report, these companies usually hook up for monthly monitoring. Just be careful.
Hi I’ve had this card for a year and three months...first off if you have stumbled upon this review consider yourself warned and lucky. This credit card is so stressful worth your time money and aggravation. Fist off its a secured credit card which means you need to send in a deposit and that will be your credit line. I’m not going to go through the whole painful process, but ill give you my experience. one it did help me build my credit. Two it takes at least 10 DAYS!!!!!!for them to post a payment. Their WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!
I have been a customer with Chase for years and have been on time with my payments for years. All in all, I am a great customer. I recently made a large payment though a few days late and requested customer service to waive my late fee. They refused because back in April they waived a late fee. Are you kidding? After all the customers that don't pay? All I am asking for is a fee reversal. Then, I spoke with a supervisor and she thought she was some type of high and mighty individual. If you are a loyal customer and pay your bill on a regular basis, companies should make special arrangements for their customers. But not Chase! I say forget them and find another company.
With average credit, it is not easy to get all credit cards. I originally had no credit cards in March because of past experiences. My score has gone from average to excellent in eight months. I got approved for their three average cards I have gone from average to good to above to excellent. Everyone will be different in terms of things like past negatives and other various but over time,, if you manage credit wisely, this would really help to improve credit. They are great for people with average credit in terms of own many cards you can get. I hear they are good for people with bad credit with their secured card. After using their cards to build my credit, I now have my pick of the excellent credit cards from American express to the Venture card. I highly recommend them for average credit. Their credit cards really helped me rebuild my credit. As far as I know, I think they offer more cards for people with average credit than any other company.
F&A Federal Credit Union is a very good and experience credit union. It was recommended to me by my brother in-law and he was right. I was able to apply and be approve for a car loan without the hassle. They was no hidden fees and everything is upfront. They do not try to get over on people like other credit unions. Their customer service is excellent and call back same day. I have never had a problem using F&A Federal Credit Union.
At one time, I never had a problem with TD Bank. However after they merge with Commerce Bank, they started using Commerce Bank policies. Their customer service started to be poor and started charging me higher interest rates. Then, TD Bank agents started to change to inexperience tailors, so I started getting less money from the window than I was asking for. All this led me to changing my business from TD Bank to Bank of America. There service is as bad as Commerce Bank was.
Bank of America is the best bank I ever dealt with. The customer service is second to none. The customer service is always willing to listen to your problem and help you resolve the issue either over the phone or in person. The fees can somethings be a bit of a pain, but it better to bank with a bank you trust than one that talks down to you. I can say in confidence that I trust Bank of America.
The old navy credit card is a great card to have when buying clothes for a child that is constantly growing like mines. I was originally not to high on the old navy credit card because of the grace period, but you can see the rewards near school time when you purchasing clothes for two kids. The savings rack up with no point limit. on rewards. The old navy card isn't perfect, but nice to have around.
Ink Bold Business card is only a fit if your a big spender. For small business owners like me, it does not reward well. The annual fee of 95$ after first year is entirely to high. However, when I purchase the card and was planning on a vacation, the credit card came very handy as when you spend big dollars, you get rewarded big dollars. However, it does not mention anywhere on here that they charge you a fee to drop their services. It surprise me, and put me in a slight debt. Even through the card no longer fits my needs, I wouldn't hesitate to acquire it again when I decide on my next vacation trip, because of the travel rewards.
Worst mistake I ever made was getting the Staples credit card. After I got the card, the store closest to me closed. Now I have to go out of my way to go to staples. Besides that, the customer service is crappy as they never know what there talking about as you can get two different answers on services from two different agents. Their is not discount for shopping with the credit card like most stores which makes it useless having. However, if you regularly shop at staples, it is not a bad card to get as the max late fee is 35 dollars but that the only upside.
The best credit card company I dealt with. I have bad credit but it didn't matter as the interest rate is low as long as I pay on time. With the help of Capital One, I been building up my credit, and get great benefits while doing it.
