I have been with Geico ever since I bought a new car, three years ago. I've always found the customer service to be excellent and the detailed invoices to be very easy to understand. I have trouble with math- it's never my strong suite. That said, whenever I had trouble after filing a claim with their customer service, they were eager and quick to help me understand it in simpler terms. I've never had to wait too long for my approval to come through. I would say for anyone who is intimidated by how confusing filing an insurance claim can be at times, they choose to go with geico. It's been great!
I've always had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. I had an account opened here while I was in high school, and through my adult years they've hosted my savings and trust. Everytime I've had an issue it has been resolved in a timely, efficient manner. I particularly enjoy the fact that their employees value customer service above all else. Would definitely reccomend to those who are just getting their feet wet with a banking institution. I truly feel they do an excellent job in assisting with the more difficult questions and ensuring all of your needs are met.
I've always enjoyed doing business with State Farm. Recently, we moved to a new state (Kentucky), and I've since purchased a new home. Our agent was incredibly easy to deal with. With myself being a new home owner I needed someone to break the policies down as simply as possible for myself to digest. They did this and even went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly advise any new home owner, or an existing home owner who is interested in switching insurance give them a look. Their customer service is impeccable!
I travel a lot, mostly for work. There are times when i do leisure travel, but it seems anymore those are few and far between. However, one thing I have learned to enjoy is having this card in my wallet for those times I decide I need to get out of town and know that I have some bonuses stocked up through my regular usage. One thing I enjoy about the Hyatt Credit Card would be the max late fee and inclusion of a smart chip. There are times I would prefer to not swipe a card, be it a shady organization or distant locale, and would prefer to be able to just use the chip. In addition, using my free nights and accumulated bonuses have never been easier with their customer service! If you're a world traveler who enjoys having the ability to rack up some free nights for when you're traveling just for using your card on a normal, daily basis, this is the card for you.
I like the Marathon Credit Card. I personally feel that it has a great late fee price and the grace period is well within my acceptable range. To be a little more specific, I greatly enjoy the amount of customer service I get when I go into a store or call into their line.
I've had a lot of problems with my checking account at this credit union. It seems every time I find myself nearing being overdrawn, there is no effort on the banks part to notify me. Instead, I find myself overdrawing constantly. It's really frustrating that the method of overdrawing seems to change from day to day. It's usually along the lines of the largest items clear first, so all the smaller go second and so on. This creates a horrible situation for the personal banker, as it racks up a lot of unneeded overcharges. Please change. Other people, be aware this happens.

I've been really pleased with how easily I've been able to handle the majority of these accounts while online. In some occasions I've encountered problems I needed to resolve in person, but each of these times encountered employees who were earnestly interested in assisting me reach my financial goals. I would definitely recommend their loan services if for anything other than their customer service. They've been wonderful.
I've had a Citibank savings account for just a little while now and have to say it's been pretty simple to get acquainted with. I would have to say my favorite part of this account is the fact I can set up my external sources of income, such as Amazon Payments, to do instant transfers direction into my savings account. The whole push Citibank has done with making their business model revolve more around online banking has really gone far in my eyes. It's ease of use, functionality and security all work well with my lifestyle. If I did have to change one thing it would be the limit to only being able to deposit a check over a mobile phone or tablet to just your checking account. I wish it could just go into the savings account like all of my other external wire transfers. All in all, very happy with this account!
I've had this checking account for a while now and I have to say the customer service has been excellent. Not only does the android App work perfectly for my checking account, I'm also able to quickly and easily see my totals. Speaking specifically toward the checking account, it's been very painless to get set up and people have commented on the professionalism of the design. Thanks Citibank!
