I am a teacher/student and I am always looking for the secure and best way to do my business.
I started a new checking account through FHB after joining another bank for a while. I was able to really see and appreciate the amount of benefits that FHB brings to my business and I couldn't be happier to be back with them. If I have an online company that tries to charge my account after I have cancelled my service, FHB always denies the claim and this is not something all banks do. I get a letter after this happens saying that something came through and the bank wouldn't pay it with my account. This is one of the biggest headache savers and I love that my bank handles it so personally. The online aspect of FHB is also so much more easy to work than other banks I have used. The overall experience with FHB after changing banks and coming back is wonderful and I will stay with them for some time to come.
I have always had capital one and I've used it consistently for my travel and automobile needs. Reviewing the Shell card, the limits on earning for amount paid is amazing. The price per gallon is higher than what I have seen before and I'm guessing this is because it is a shell card which is known as a good gas price card. The interest rate is better than I was used to getting and the cash advance fee is only 5 percent which is much lower than I am used to. I have always thought that the interest rate I had paid in the past was normal but seeing the rate on a card that rewards the customer with shell gasoline is very worth it. As much gas as I go through it is like cash money to me and my family so this is a card that is very worth it.
I have had this card for a short time and I am very pleased with what it offers. I had the regular capital one card and it had a high interest rate and I never got any miles on it. As I got used to this new one I realized the interest was lower and I've already earned quite a bit of miles. I couldn't be happier with the company because I was already pleased with what I had but now I feel like they gave me a better deal for being a good customer and all the things that I wished I had before I have more than I expected on my new card. The thing I'm most impressed with is the way the entire company works. They give customers what they can handle and what best suits their needs and I will stay a steady customer for some time to come.
I started progressive insurance and I got a better rate overall and saved a lot of money. I couldn't be happier and I feel better insured because of the quality of the company that insures my auto. I already started getting quotes to add my house to the policy to bundle and save even more money. I had always heard the tv commercial but I had no idea how much money could really be saved with bundling, plus I feel good that the company is such a big company and helps so many people get insured.
I applied for the capital one platinum and got a quick approval with a high balance. I was so excited the more I used the card because the company is always doing new things to make the service better. They have an amazing call line for basically any problem that I have. They also have a rewards incentive for good credit and this makes the consumer do better and really know where they stand with the service company. The interest is average compared to other cards and I would choose capital one over all the others out there.
I have had Nationwide auto insurance for about 4 years now and I have been very happy with the overall experience. I have gone through different insurance companies and I became happy with Nationwide and I was able to stop searching for a better car insurance. The major difference that I noticed right away was the personal touch that I have experienced with Nationwide, as anything was needed to do on my account, the Nationwide local team would contact me and let me know what the issue was and gave me time to respond. In the past I have had insurance companies that did not have that personal touch and it's a big difference, it's very easy to notice when you experience this first hand. For example, I had a payment that did not clear my bank account and Nationwide contacted me twice to let me know to fix the issue without cancelling any of my policy or giving me any trouble. In the past this had happened with another insurance company and my policy was promptly cancelled and I had to pay a lump sum for a new policy up front, which was very costly at a time that I didn't have it. Many little things like this that Nationwide has done for me has made me feel like I'm an elite customer with an upscale company.
I have had a checking account with chase for five years now, ever since they offered 100 dollars for opening a checking account. I thought that some catch would eventually catch up with me but it never did. Chase has been a great bank and being a college student, I constantly needed a good bank for college reasons. I look back and realize that I picked the best bank for my checking account and I would do it again the same way. Jason
I have been with your credit union for 15 years now and I am lucky to be a part of your company. When I first started I couldn't believe the interest rates and the ease of getting a car loan or help with my finances. The locations are perfect, one being on the side of Tulsa where I work and the other being where I always run my errands. My family are all part of the credit union also as the rule when I started was that immediate family were welcome to have an account. So I have nothing but praise for your credit union. Thank you.
