We were referred to Chris by our realtor a few years ago. He is very welcoming and seems to find lower rates than competitors. He also explains about your mortgage being sold within a few months, which is helpful. While he is a very personable individual, he is just a sales person. I do feel that things were not explained as fully as they should have been, most certainly to first home buyers that may be slightly excited and overwhelmed to complete the process. Not that I completely blame Chris for this, but I do feel that we were slightly taken advantage of.
My experience with Farmers Insurance is limited to the past seven months, but I have no complaints. Policy cost is very competitive and online payment options are available, which is convenient. The policy lay out is quite clear and easy to follow. The few calls made to them have been pleasant, answered fairly quickly and answers explained. I look forward to being a policy holder for a long time.
I have been a customer of Santander (Sovereign) Bank for close to four years. I have experienced mixed service from the Wyomissing Branch and the bank as a whole. Our checking account information was compromised three times, which I understand can happen with increased hacking recently, but no information was ever sent informing us of the issues and what steps they are taking. I have also noticed very odd discrepancies within the past few months in account activity, which resulted in my contacting them to find out they were accounting errors on their end. This should not happen. We are currently looking at moving our account elsewhere due to errors and unpleasant experiences.
As a customer of ClearChoice (previously UGI) for the past 8 years, I am quite pleased with the service received and always encounter a smiling face. As a savings holder, I feel my money is very safe in their hands and receive fair market interest rates. No fees and a very small minimal balance of $75. They offer higher than average interest rates on vacation and specific savings plans, which is great.
As a customer of Fulton Bank for the past 10 years, I can truly say that they offer great service. No balance requirements, very low outside network ATM rates and lenient coverage on overdraft. I have yet to experience an actual breach on my acct., but have had information and another card sent immediately from them if there was a possibility. I commend them for being proactive and keeping their customers information safe.
