I've been using the Macy's Card for a few months now, and I love it. What I love most are the frequent coupons I get via mail and e-mail, this card really saves me a lot of money as I do most of my clothes shopping from Macy's. I also like that the card is linked to my online Macy's account, linking it was very easy, and it allows me to view my bills and easily pay them online. Applying for the card was very easy (in store) and the customer representatives are very nice and friendly. All in all, I love this card, and I'm happy using it to get all my purchases from Macy's!
I can't see anything that good in the Guitar Center Store Card. I mean it doesn't have anything special that could make me want to get it. I think the most terrible thing is that it doesn't even have a reward points system which many credit cards do have now as my Citi credit card. I would not recommend this card and I really think it needs to improve alot.
I give the AT&T Credit Card 3 stars just because of it's reward system. Being rewarded 1 ThankYou point for every dollar spent is good, but not too good, because alot of other credit cards have the same, or even better, reward systems as my Citi credit card. I also think this card has a really high APR for someone who has an excellent credit rating. So my thought of this card is not too bad but not too good also.
The JetBlue Credit Card is not for everyone. It is an excellent card for those who travel frequently on JetBlue, they will benefit from alot of discounts, rewards and a car rental loss and damage insurance. My Citi card doesn't have all these benefits for JetBlue. But on the other hand, I think it's not a good choice for a sedentary person not traveling frequently or someone who isn't a JetBlue customer. This card targets a narrow base of customers but not suitable for everyone.
I think the The Blue Sky card from American Express is made mainly for shopping. The Welcome Bonus is really good for people willing to do some good shopping within 3 months. By getting 7,500 points when you spend purchases worth of $1000 is really good, but not all people are willing to do this heavy amount of shopping. What I don't like is the high fees on this card, I guess my Citi card works better with that. So this card is limited to a certain category of people going shopping or in "spending" mood to get those 7,500 points.
This card is really good, it may actually be better than my own card I hold! No activation fee, monthly fee or a PIN transaction fee! And I love the free withdrawal with each deposit, amazing. I think this card really does have alot of great features that many other cards don't have. I would highly rate and recommend the Direct Express MasterCard Prepaid Card!
This card is a very good option for people who have bad credit or are beginning to build up a credit from scratch. The monthly fee could be easily waived by a direct deposit of $100 or more which I think is easy for the majority of people, an even if someone can't waive it, it's really affordable. I think this card is better than my Citi card as mine has a high annual fee. I would absolutely recommend the Western Union Prepaid Mastercard!
The American Express Serve card is really full of benefits! Starting from the free activation fee, free PIN and ATM transaction fees, and having no requirement for a minimum balance, amazing! One more great thing is it having a huge number of ATMs that you could withdraw money from. The $1 monthly fee is really minimal which I think is great. It could actually substitute having a full bank account!
I do like credit cards having the point system, but it's nothing special to this card. The annual fee is way to high! The first year being free will not let me oversee the high annual fee. My Citibank card has a much more reasonable annual fee. Also, I can see no travel benefits in this card as there is a foreign transaction fee, which bank of america's foreign card does not have.
