The Citi Simplicity credit card might not be an exciting card like some of the reward cards out there (Capital One Rewards card for example) but it has the most solid foundation I've seen for a credit card. Not only do you have a low interest rate but no kinds of fees ever, late/penalty or otherwise. That's amazing! Combined with excellent customer service and a long window for 0% intro APR and you have a card that is hard to compete with on the basic level. If you're looking for a solid, no-frills, low-interest card. This is the card for you.
This is a fantastic card. The Blue Cash Credit Card is an excellent option for many people. You have a variable, but overall great, interest rate, great intro rates, and rewards that can appeal to a lot of consumers. You get money back from grocery stores, gas stations, and department stores. Who couldn't benefit from that? Even compared to something like the Capital One Rewards Card, this card trumps them in it's sheer convenience in how the rewards can be applied. This card is a definite win for just about anyone.
The Limited Store Card can be great depending on your use/shopping habits. If you are a big fan of The Limited, this card is perfect for you. Competitive interest combined with a lot of Limited specific benefits will really save you a lot of money both with the initial purchase (15%!) and subsequent ones. But if you're not a big shopper there, this card won't offer you as much. If not, a more versatile rewards card from say Visa or Discover would better suit your needs. Beyond that though, this is still a fantastic choice for certain people.
The Capital One Secured Credit card is a somewhat niche card compared to a standard credit card but can be really good in certain circumstances. Unlike most, you have to put money down on this card to use it but this allows even people with terrible/no credit to get a credit card and start building a credit history. In this way, it's a great starter choice to open up more opportunities down the road. And because you're putting your own money on it, there's no interest. Otherwise, compared to any other credit card, it doesn't offer very much. If you can't get a normal Credit Card, this is for you. Otherwise, it would be best to find something a bit more substantial.
The Loft Credit Card is a pretty decent offering. It really boils down to if you shop at the Loft a lot or not. If so, this card will save you a lot of money over the course of it's use. The various rewards you can get really rack up while shopping there. Otherwise, this card is a bog-standard store-specific rewards card. Interest is decent but not great. If you're not a big Loft shopper, you're better off checking out a different rewards card with Visa, Mastercard, or one of the other big Credit Card providers. If you shop at the Loft, this card makes sense. Otherwise, keep looking.
The Shell Gas Card is a pretty decent, if somewhat plain, choice for a credit card. The interest rate is in the middle of the spectrum, not high but not really low either. It's pretty easy to get one, and the rewards are limited but not bad. You can save 5 cents a gallon using this card at Shell Stations and those savings will add up over time. If you're a regular Shell customer, this card makes sense for you, but if not then you're better off searching for something else. Compare this to a more standard rewards type card which isn't limited to one location and you can see this is a niche card for niche use.
Capital One overall is a fantastic credit card company to deal with and their Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card is no exception to that. Starting with the basics, you have a low interest rate, low fees, and a crazy list of benefits. That's really the best part of this card. Tons of rewards. Lots of possible points towards travel, concierge service, emergency services, and even rental insurance! If you're a traveler you'll be hard pressed to find a better card. Even if you don't travel a ton, this card has so many benefits it's more than worth it. This card easily gets a 10/10.
