It has become obvious now that after 3 years of
having my loan with them that they have no
communication skills whatsoever. I’ve had 5
different people from finanical services since
I’ve had my loan.
The current I have almost gave me a heart attack because she was claiming that I was behind on my loan by 5 months when I was really 1 behind and it was because they had it messed up in their system. She said would call back in two days time to follow up about the error on their system. Well that have happened and when I called back she freaked out on me telling me that she didn’t know what I was talking about and that she had 300 other cases she had to deal with.
After talking for an additional 5 minutes, she suddenly remembered and never said she was sorry for being rude and continued to be rude. I understand being in her line of work that it’s stressful, but having these interactions with your reps has put a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to this bank and dont get how they get those awards for best car loan awards every year.
