Just received this in an email. An email. I've had
exes that were more polite and concerned when they
broke up with me.
"Underwriting has reviewed your policy and has advised due to the claims/losses on 12/20/15, and 6/30/17, the policy is set to non-renew. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer service center at 800-282-1446."
When I filed the claim in 2017, the rep from Nationwide assured me that they would not cancel the policy. Had she let me know this, I would have paid for the damages myself. After 10 years and after referring my friends and family to you during that time, this is not how I expected this to turn out.
Very disappointed that you are canceling me for using the service that I have paid into for 10 years for filing claims that dwarf what I have paid you over this time.
