usaa cares only about its usaa -- not its members'
loyalty, satisfaction, or interests.
usaa is CENSORSHIP. usaa is actively blocking my right to publicly discuss concerns about usaa members on usaa community, even though i am a paying member. no response to >20 written requests to be unblocked. usaa's mistreatment of long-term members fully deserves to be in the court of public opinion, on usaa website.
10 days before initial work approved by email/phone, which shouldn't take 10 days. 3 weeks before usaa even came to see my car in-person. the only thing that usaa did quickly was callously screw me over by conveying that my car and 14-yr membership was not worth their time or effort.
usaa doesn't care that the only reason that i was driving my car on day of accident was bc stupidly trying to save usaa rental car coverage costs. unlike usaa, my shop bent over backwards to try to help/work with me. usaa has not bothered to actually explain anything that total loss victim would want to know - process, timeline, next steps. all that usaa has done was incessantly bombard me with effortlessly generated settlement valuations of my beloved car.
i had to repeatedly tell usaa's total loss employee, manager, and now ceo office advocacy resolutions that it's totally offensive for usaa to flaunt to total loss victim exactly how usaa will recover usaa's total loss settlement from other at-fault insurance companies, as in they crassly told me exact breakdown ($ and cents) proposed for two different insurance companies. usaa does not deserve free advice. or anyone's membership, business, or loyalty.
