Worst customer service ever. My car was involved
in an accident and deemed a total loss by my
insurance company. I needed to file a claim for
GAP coverage, but after a 2 hour wait in the
lobby, i was told "We don't do that
here!" I was given a phone number that placed
me on hold for over 20 min and when I finally
talked to someone, she stated a package will be
sent out. After 2 weeks, I
called again and received all the doc's by email.
Today I received a latter stating that my car
insurance was canceled and is required for the
lenght of the loan.
What part of TOTAL LOSS do these people not understand? My insurance company called me to update my policy and save me money.… read more
