
While I haven't had a bad experience with my loan itself, I have had a hard enough time with the accessibility of the loan that I had to say something. As a bank employee myself, I understand how things work in a financial system, so I tend to be a little lenient. But anytime I've tried to make changes to my account or even access information, it's been nearly impossible. Finding my Member/Account Number was like searching for the Holy Grail. The online banking is the worst I've ever seen...the entire "settings" menu just consists of what order you want the accounts to be in. NO place to see or edit your contact information, NO ability to change your payment information, and anytime I try to pull up a statement it gives me an error message. I recently got a letter in the mail about an address change that I didn't make, and after searching in vain on the online banking to even SEE what address was on file, I gave up and called...only to be told that they had scheduled maintenance and to call back later. I get it, maintenance is sometimes necessary, but this is personal information we're dealing with. If you are going to have an ancient website, at least be available by phone for time-sensitive issues. I hope I never have to change my payment information, because it might take me a full month to even figure out how to do that. Maybe instead of spending millions to name a stadium, you should try updating your online/mobile banking so that it is actually usable for your customers.… read more
